Transfer VSC -> TSC

Hi,

I am new here. My EB3 I-140 was submitted to VSC on Feb. 17, 2006. I don't know if
it was transfered to other centers or still with VSC. I did not recieved any email from USCIS.
Can somebody tell me where you got the notice? from USCIS or your lawyer? Is there anyway to send mail to them to find out?

I just checked my case status, it stated my I140 was transfered to NE on May.5. Since
the applciation is represented by my lawyer and I don't think USCIS has my email, so
should the notice go to the lawyer? Is it in email or written letter?

June Visa bulletin is out. I can file I-485 next month.

I-140 transferred to TSC on 04/20/06.
 
after transfering from VSC to NSC, RD/ND remains same or should we consider transfer date to NSC as our new RD/ND ?

anyone has any idea ?
 
Today i received an email from CIS saying my case EB2 I-140 was transferred from VSC to NSC.My RD for I-140 is 01/17/2006.I had been many cases with RD much later than Mine going to either NSC or TSC but got the Transfer notice earlier.

Lets see whats going on with CIS at NSC/TSC ..

Any approvals lately for the Transfer cases??

Can you please share your EB1 educational qualification and credentials? I think it is going to take them another 3 weeks before we hear anything.

If your case was transferred in March, then you should have heard a decision by now or can expect for a decision sometime very soon. Gunt only got his case transferred in April. Those cases may have to wait for several weeks.
TSC is already adjudicating concurrent filing cases transferred from CSC.

I'm on a L1A visa - Managerical category...hence EB1.

From what i understand, I guess I can expect a notification very soon.

I am also on L1A (EB1-C Managerial) visa. I-140 RD is 12/23/2005 and ND is 12/28/2005. My case was transfered to TSC on 04/18/2006, and Receipt email from TSC came on 04/20/2006. I can file I-485 in June. Hopefully we will get the approval soon.
