Re: Waiting For I-140

I saw I-140 current processing time for Immigrant Worker with advanced degree in NSC is 2/27/2002. However, it is 3/2/2003 for skilled worker or professional.

If I am correct, the first date is for EB2, the second is for EB3. As Eb2 is supposed to be faster than EB3, I was wondering if the above date's correct?

Any idea? Please share your concerns.
 
May be an error on the side of immigration.com

You are right, the dates are messed up I think it may be an error on the typing. By looking at the archives I found that the date was 02/28/2003 and now it had gone back more than an year to 02/27/2002.
May be someone from immigration.com will be able to clear this.

I-140 Waiting for Receipt after a month

I am waiting for I-140 Waiting for Receipt after 3 Weeks not sure why it is taking so much time. Not sure if it is lost .. is there some number to call and find out what is going on

i am also from nebraska. so it really takes no time to get the receipts within nebraska. u may want to ask to lawyer to find out whts going on.

After on month Finally received the receipt of I-140

Info received from BCIS to attorney 07-NOV-2003
 
As per Website and AVM, my EAD Approved Today.

AP?

what happened to ur AP?
my details 485/EAD/AP : ND 9/26
EAD : AD 11/3
AP according to local INS office, it approved on Nov 3rd but the online says still processing. it's kind of weired.

Please let me know once you recd EAD Card.

what is ur AP ND?

Actually my family is in india right now.I thought of applying emergency AP at my local office. So i called them and enquired about it .So they denied. The very kindly officer taken my all the details phoned NSC and called me back with a message "My AP approved on Nov 3rd". But online says still processing.

It's kind of weired, which one i believe?

That is why i asked your details.

EAD : BCIS online status shows EAD approved on 5 November and will mail the card when it is ready. i hope they may send the EAD card next week
