Tracker for I 485,I131,I765,FP for June 2007 Filers only from NSC

Today i got FP notice for 8/22/2007.

FP Notice: 8/22/07

Received FP notice.

Details:

EB3/ India
Labor Priority Date: May 2002
I140 Approved: April 2006 (VSC)
485/EAD/AP Received by NSC on: 06/19/07
RD: 07/03/07
FP Notice Date for Self: 08/21/07; for spouse: 08/25/07
Center: NSC

There has been no LUD update in my case since 07/09, including now.

I have a question: is it necessary to have LUD *just* after you complete your finger printings ?

I see lot of posts here, that they got LUDs just after the fingerprinting but not like me. is it normal or abnormal not to received LUDs like this?

That's true in most cases, not all.

My FP was done on June 23rd (almost month and a half back)

Still no LUD!!!

FP notice received just for my kid on 8/21, weird...not sure when i will get for me and for my spouse.

ONly one LUD after my FP. Thats it and no other LUD after that. NSC really sucks......
 
does any one come across any information on why there is a delay from NSC on FPs & EADs?? I mean through their Attorneys or by calling etc.,? This really painful.
 
It's completely crazy. NSC employees are lazy as hell it seems!!!!

See Trackitt....there are several 485 approvals at TSC now all the way into June 07.

And here at NSC...EAD itself is nowhere to be seen. What is going on? We should probably have some group effort to jolt NSC. It seems like all the visa numbers are being stolen by TSC due to faster processing. And all of us NSC waiters will probably end up with nothing.........oh what a mess???

First it was Philly BEC for us and now it's NSC..:(

Thoughts??

Guys Please give Suggestion . I think we should write letter to NSC Director to ask why NSC is slow, with information how good TSC is working .

I do not think NSC is scratching their butt but it may be just a focus shift on what they are working on. But it is always good to know details about their schedule. for example, they will start looking at EAD/AP by next week and so on will help us understand better. It looks to be they are quite.. but I hope & pray that's not true.

I would recommend try to collect information on how we can raise this and get some attention on this matter. I sent e-mail to my lawyer and www.immigration-law.com. If more people send e-mails or call we may get some way to address this before visa number opens up in Oct 2007.
Guys this is a matter of concern as reading on www.immigration-law.com I found that TSC has issued huge number of visa on June 30 weekend whereas there was no sign from NSC.
 
Got FP from NSC

I got FP notices from NSC on 8/11/07
485/765/131 RD : June 16 2007 , ND June 30 2007
No Change in LUD
