Tracker for I 485,I131,I765,FP for June 2007 Filers only from NSC

Folks, I just feel frustrated that we are unlucky to be stuck at NSC...people at TSC are all getting their EAD/AP approved.

I had a question who knows this please answer.

If we schedule infopass apointment at this point, does it hurt the process? Meaning would it delay anything by doing that?

Thoughts?
 
I added my info to the spreadsheet last night and it appeared as if it is added but today morning my info was not there. Could you please add the following

Did you file you AP separately or with EAD and 485?

Details in the signature. I called NSC today and they told we should recive EAD in 75 Days after RD
 
I think its better to add your case details to trackiit.com, you can always sort it by RD and filter for NSC, its better to track that way. We can discuss the issues here.
 
yes, i think so too. trackiit.com is really good tool. But virat, this thread is for NSC tracking only. Congtratulations on your AP, EAD approvals.

According to TRACKITT (08/07/07 @ 11:30am Central time) most people who sent to
Nebraska by Jun 6 already have their FPs.
Files between Jun 7th, 8th and 10th: From 24 only 7 have received FPs.

I am still waiting!!!!

After 30 days of notice you can call Service center and ask them to create service request

thanks labor_pains, nice to see you here. now the long journey to 485 starts, i dont know why it has to happen at our time only, first BEC mess , and now AOS mess. Though i am happy for everyone that they can get their EADs and their spouses can work and ppl can take advantage of AC21. Good Luck.
 
I have received NOAs for FP yesterday (08/08/07) for all my family but not for my kid of 7 years all.

Does he need FP???:) :)

karl, our kids' (6, 8, and 10 years old) had FP 2 weeks ago. me and my wife only had FP yesterday. our NOAs arrived separately from kids'.

I am really getting frustration with NSC slow processing. People who applied in late June also getting APs and EADs at TSC. NSC guys not even started processing May applications. My Receipt date is 06/07. I really don't know when I am going get my EAD and AP :(
 
Me too. It sucks. Some people who applied around june 2nd week, their applications went to TSC even though they are not under Texas service centre and they got EADs. Looks like lot of luck needs to favor. hmmm... I am planning to go to Immigration voice get together in Milpitas, CA this weekend. Lets see what they will say about this disparity between TSC and NSC
