And then there seems to be a third date, the one we see when we type in the case number: "On mmmm dd, yyyy we received ...". This date is near the ND - though the text seems to give an "RD" type of indication.

My own RD is 06/11, and NSC says they are processing 06/14 for EAD and AP - waiting with fingers crossed...

Congrats!!! I am really interested to know your EB category?. One of my friends in EB2 category who applied in May and whose case is in Nebraska with PD of 2002 got his case approved. Looks like nebraska is moving.....

I am EB2... I had no LUD, no word on EAD, AP.. had my FP on thursday... never got a LUD... received that email directly! Looks like Nebraska is doing something!!
 
I checked my Email and it says Card Production Ordered (I-765). How does it affect the I-485. Does this approval helps to get the Green card lot easier or there are more hurdles? Does this make my chances of getting a Green Card Easier?

First, congratulate approval of EAD.

As far as I know, EAD process is completely separate process from I-485 processing.
I think it doesn't affect 485 process in any way.
 
EAD Approved

Got email today (09/20) stating EAD Card production ordered. :D

Case Details:

PD: May 2001 VSC/EB3/India
485/EAD/AP: Application received by VSC on 06/15 transferred and received by NSC on 06/19

ND: 07/03

FP 3: 08/21

EAD Approved: 09/20

Woww, with RD: 6/25/07 are getting EAD's.I am on 6/18 and No EAD yet.Is there anyone like me waiting for EAD?
 
Infopass question

I have RD of 6/20, and no LUDs on EAD or AP for the last 2 months. I called the USCIS 800 number today and asked about my I-485, EAD, and AP. IO said she cannot give me details on my 485 such as if NC is initiated / cleared, whether its assigned to analyst, etc. On EAD and AP, she said they can only create a request into it if its pending more than 30 days beyond their timeframe of 90 days, meaning it has to be pending 120 days for them to create an inquiry. She suggested taking infopass. I live in southern Connecticut, and when I went to the infopass website, it said no available appointments in the area - check back later. Is this common? Do I just keep trying infopass several times a day and hope one time I get it?
