My category is EB3. I had a question. In Travel document, they ask for date of travel and no. of days. What if you don't know the exact date oif travel?

Hi Vicks

i hope you are asking about I 131 travel document form. If you are applying this for your future in general, you can just mention Not available for both date and number of days.
You have to check the box which says "I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the United states after temporary foreign travel. (This point D under Part 2 in the form)
What is your priority date! can you apply I 485, EAD and advance parole!

Thanks. You can follow the same procedure how I mentioned in my previous reply. You can just mention as NA which means not available for date and number of days and check the box as I said earlier.
 
I-140 OCT 5th-2004 no news yet (EB3)

My RD is OCT-5th 2004 and I haven't heard anything yet. Is this normal sice lat OCT cases are getting approvals? Anyone in the same boat waiting? Please post your experience...

My application is two weeks later than yours (RC 20 oct 2004) and nothing has happened with mine to.

Mid-October still waiting...

I applied on the 15th of October ( CSC EB2 ). I am still not sure how people distinguish between RD and ND ? Any ideas...? My application was received on 22nd october..that makes it my Rd..right ?

Congragulations. Do you know if your I140 was filed with copy of LC or with the orioginal?

I think it's original. The gc applicant to whom it was applied for, quit the company just before the lobor approval.
 
Congratulations. Now you can work on 485.

Your approval gives others hope. The wheel has been set in motion for 140 petitions approved earlier.

My 140 was also approved on 4/1. Last week when I checked with immigration officer, I was told that everything is fine, just wait and it should happen. The ND for 485 is 10/5.

Nov case approved

I got email approval notice for I-140 and I-485 yesterday at the same time. And today the mailed I-140 approval notice to my employer.

However the spouse I-485 is still pending. Any idea of when that approval might come?

Fingerprinting --- 12/03/2004
RFE on I-140 responed in Dec 2004. No LUD for I140 after that till the approval
LUD on 485 for both myself and spouse on 3/25/2005, then the approval for me
