Thank you for your reply. I just got email from USCIS saying that my AP is approved too. So we are done with EAD/AP now. All we have to wait is 140/485 now. Let's keep updated on the status.

How did I know you are married? That was just my guessing. :p

Yes my spouse applied for EAD/AP/485 too.
Her AP was approved the same day and we receive the documents in 2 separated letters the same day.
BTW how do you know I am married?? :eek:

I don't know what is usual or not now with CSC ...
I have found that in other part of the forum reporting AP and EAD not being in synch!

Eb3 Ead/ap

I just ran across the http://www.murthy.com/nflash/nf_121004.html on EB3 retrogressing start from 1/1/2005.
So as we filed 140/485 before 1/1/2005 (my ND is 10/29/04, FP cleared on 11/25/04), will AP/EAD process be suspended if they are not approved by 1/1/05?
My LC's PD(SESA notice date) is before 1/1/2002, so theoretically my case won't be blocked for visa quota issue, right? But you never know how the case is handled...from my painful LC experience.
And I believe there are other EB3 applicants filed in Oct/Nov timeframe, what do you think of the processing? or have you consulted your lawyer on this issue?
 
Did any one from October RD receive EAD atleast. Looks like things have slowed down. Also, any news about the suspension of EAD for EB2s from January?
 
No sign of EAD

140/485/765/131 RD 10/14
FP done on 11/10
AP approval on 12/10

No sign of EAD,140,485. Has anybody got an EAD in Oct?
 
I 765 approved

I just got an email from USCIS that my I 765 (EAD) has been approved and a card is mailed to me. No update on 140/485

140/485/765/131 RD 10/14/2004; ND 10/25/04; FP done 11/19; FP approved 11/25; EAD approved 12/29/2004
 
EAD / AP pending, RD 9/30/2004

Looks like USCIS have gone to sleep mode in my case.

140/485 RD 9/30/2004, ND 10/5/2004, FP notice 10/21/2004, FP done 11/5/2004, results recd by USCIS 11/10/2004.

NO LUD after 11/10 on 485, No LUD on others since 10/7/2004. EAD, AP, 140, 485, all are pending.

My 485 has got LUD on 10/27/2004 as part of mass update.

Any one waiting for EAD / AP with RD of 9/10/2004 to 10/7/2004?

Just got email that my EAD is approved on 1/5, a card will be mailed out.

But there is no update on AP yet. My ND is 10/29/04, eb3 (lc filed in 10/2001).

I guess I can find a second job for night and week end now ...

not a good idea without 140 approval.
 
Just got AP approval notice email, it is approved on 1/11. EAS was approved on 1/6.

My ND is 10/29.

BTW, if 140 is approved, can we work in other company under AC21 on EAD? Or we still have to keep H1?

I am going to take a travel out of country, and people suggest enter with H1 visa not AP.

csc_pawn is talking about working part time on nights and weekends. I think it is Ok to work part time on EAD, and stick to H1 on the full time, it is a problem only if you shift full time jobs when 140 is not approved.
What's the worst that could happen if 140 is denied, he/she would leave the part time job and would still keep the full time job on H1.
