Those who applied in oct/nov 2004

Have you got your FP done? I remember you had issue of PD indicated in your FP notice as your RD, have you got a chance to check that with your Lawyer?
 
Try just walk in

I actually did FP by just walking in which is ahead of scheduled two weeks. They don't care as long as not many people there. I told them I have planned holiday trip on scheduled date and wonder if I can do it earlier. They said they understand and let me go ahead right away. Very simple. I did it in San Jose,CA.

Did they update your online status saying FP has been recieved? How long did it take to do that? Just to get an idea of it.

Even my lawyer told me that the original labor application date will be my PD once apply for 104/485 with sub-labor.
This is little worrysome. Has any one else on this forum has got PD that is same as original labor application date?

I received the AP document yesterday (12/18/04).
I am still waiting for an update on EAD. It is weird that I have received AP and not EAD ...

I am also concerned about the two updates on processing times which show no progress on I140 (03/22/04) and I485 (03/19/04) ... It is a bit frustrating to not see any progress ...

I have not been monitoring those processing times for a long time so I don't know if it is usual. I wish that we could go and help them on a week end so they can make progress :D

Did your spouse apply for EAD/AP/485 too? Is her AP approved with yours? My ND for 140/485/EAD/AP is Oct 5, 2004. EADs for me and my wife are approved on Dec 13, 2004. My wife's AP is approved on Dec. 14, 2004 but mine is still pending. Don't know if this is usual. Let us know when your EAD gets approved.

Sometimes the updates of processing time on USCIS website is not very acurate. It is showing they are processing AP of Oct 4, 2004. But yours is already approved with ND Oct 22, 2004. But who knows exactly what is happening.

Here are details for my case

ND : (EB2)I140/485/AP/EAD: OCT 15 2004
FP done : NOV 18 2004(No early FP)
FP results recieved on NOV 25 2004.
 
My RD for I-140/I-485/EAD is OCT-07-2004.

Got FP notice on OCT-27-2004.
FP done on NOV-10-2004.
FP cleared on NOV-16-2004.
EAD approved on DEC-14-2004.
Received EAD card on DEC-21-2004.

I-140/1-485 - still waiting..

Can Any One of you guys please answer me the below questions..

1) Do you have separate WAC Numbers for each of the file 140 / 485 / AP / EAD ?

2) Is there any way we could them with the help of the Alien# ( A#) as I have a strange situation where my attorney doesn't want to give me the receipt numbers. ?

3) After your EAD / AP approval , how long did it take to get the approval documents??

4) Who sent these documents?? Your attorney or CSC?

Also yes we do have separate WAC # for each applications (I140, I485, AP, EAD).

I did not know that it was based on LC PD :confused:
Anyway my LC PD is 01/17/2002.

Yes my spouse applied for EAD/AP/485 too.
Her AP was approved the same day and we receive the documents in 2 separated letters the same day.
BTW how do you know I am married?? :eek:

I don't know what is usual or not now with CSC ...
I have found that in other part of the forum reporting AP and EAD not being in synch!
