I think your lawyer will receive the notice within a week.
Did you apply for AP/EAD together with your 485? What is the status?

RD 11/05/04, FP done 12/03/04, FP received 12/10/04. EB2 concurrent.

Yes I did. The LUD is on Dec 03 (not sure whether it is trigered by FP which is on the same day), still says received.

My RD is 9/30/2004, FP done 11/5, 485 updated with receipt of results 11/10.

No LUD on 140/EAD/AP...All are pending.

My RD is 18OCT2004.
My ND is 22OCT2004.
FP done on 16NOV2004, 485 LUD on 19NOV2004 with receipt of results.
No update since.

This means you have been selected for this 3 month pilot program??

I don't know. I thought the pilot program is over. I'm surprised too but not in a good way. The not-yet-received RFE is making me very nervous. Do you know where I can find the famous Yates Memo dated May 04 2004?

I would be actually happy to get RFE now. OK I would prefer being approved right away but hey ...

I also received FP letters but i havent recieved one for my kid. Does anybody know that kids need to go for finger printing?

I140, I485: RD 11/02/04, EB2 concurrent.

I read a few posts saying message from lawyer(s) is that the pilot program will only pick up cases received by Sep 30th.
 
Does anyone know about whether Attorney will receieve a copy of FP notice when they send one to the applicant? If they do will it be around the same data as when Applicant recieves it? Thanks in advance.

In my case both me and the lawyer received the letter, on about the same day. You need bring your copy to the appointment and they will keep it.

Do you know by anychance how to do this early FP? Can someone walkin just with his FP appointment letter anyday and tryout?. Also is it allowed to do so the early FP? Thanks.

I'm glad that I can be helpful. I didn't do early FP because my appointment is only one week later. All I can tell is they are not busy on the day, with only 0-5 people in the line during the time I was there (around 1:00pm).

FP received but PD is Nov,2004

I received FP notice today 12/15. It is scheduled on 12/30. But one sad fact is that my PD on FP notice is 11/2004 which is RD of I-140/485 other than oringinal sub-LC PD (back to 2001). My lawer told me my PD it is original LC PD. It seems he was wrong. I'm happy to get FP notice but also worried a lot on my PD.
