Those who applied in oct/nov 2004

I had a LUD on my 140 yesterday (4/29) with no message change and my LUD on 485 was on 4/6 with no message change. Anyone know why my 140 had LUD with no message change?
The data from GCIsTortoise, 140 touched (LUDed) with no approval and RFE, what does it mean? Does it imply that your 140 touched (LUDed) is going to be have RFE or approval?

Two RFE and one approval yesterday. Slow move. And I thought it should be less RFE after a memo but it turns out not!

mine had a LUD (140) around 4 pm on 3/30/05 with no message, and got approved by 8:30 am on 3/31/2005 (LUD chANGED TO 3/31/05)and message also updated saying case approved on 3/30.

if everything goes fine, Hopefully you may get your approval on Monday morning.
 
Thanks a lot gc_ssr for your quick response, valuable information of yours and good wishes. Your approval has given me much strength and hope since you had LUD on your 140 just before your 140 approval. I hav a little worried about my 140 LUD on 4/29 because someone said on the forum that it might be a sign of RFE and it sounds scary.
If you do not mind, could you list more information about your case, like ND, LUDs for 140 and 485?

My 140 was approved on March 30,2005. No update on 485.

My kid's FP notice came on March 21,2005.I gave the FP on Apr 1,05. LUD on Apr 05(no msg change). My 485 LUD is Jan 13.

Did you/lawyer get your 140 approval notice?

Hi I_Need_GC_now,

You are in the same boat like me but my boat is little old than yours. :( My ND date is sep 21.
My 140 was also approved on March 30,2005. No update on 485. :confused:

My FP also done and received on 10/13/04. My 485 LUD is 12/29/04.

My lawyear got the approval and PD is 12/01.

If that is the case you can call the 800 number to inquire about your 485 since you have passed the 30 days period.

485 - LUD 11/19 (FP received), 01/13.. No updates so far (No LUD for kids 485)
kids Biometrics: 3/21 - given on 3/26 (LUD 3/29 - no message change)

Its just so hard not checking my status every single day

I contacted my congressman's office and they seem to be very nice...They asked me to send them my case number and they said that they will look into my case...Has anyone done this before? Any possitive outcome?
Has anyone contacted FBI for his/her name check before? if yes, how does it work? and what phone number?

Anyone EB3 early oct-2004 left? please speakup and let's share experiences...

My cell phone SMS system played a sweet tune this morning mentioning that the I-140 is approved (approved on 4/30/05 and got the email on 5/2). 2/3 rd of the hurddle is passed. One more step remaining for the relief.

EB3 Labor approved 09/04
I-140 / 485/ EAD RD: 11/01/04 ND 11/04/04 AD : 04/30/05
I-1485 LUD 12/23/04 (FP received) , 3/20/05(NO change)

Now I will wait for the 485.

Had responded to 140 RFE and now 485 RFE. Waiting for the letter to see what the RFE is about.

Did you get LUD on both 140 and 485? What is your ND?
Do you get any new message or LUD after your April 22's LUDs?

I got LUD on 140 04/29/05 and 485 on 04/06/05, neither of them has message change.

Yes. I got LUD on both I-140 and I-485 without any changes in messages. FYI, My family and I all had the LUD on our cases on 04/22/05. As to ND, I'm afraid I don't know what ND stands for. After April 22nd, I have not had any LUD. I hope it doesn't mean anything disappointing.

Thanks for your quick response. ND stands for 'Notice Date' which is 3 or 4 days after your Receive Date. CIS is processing cases based on the ND. It seems we are on the same boat. Not sure it is good or bad before the decision, either RFE or Approval. Please post your updates if you get anything, I'll do, too.
I know "SanJoseIndian" also just had LUD on 140 on 04/28/2005, no idea what his is about?

EB3 I-140 approved

Just got email from attorney that my I-140 is approved. Sub-LC EB3. The PD on I-140 is Mar 2002 (LC filing time) instead of I-140 RD. That’s one thing I was always worrying about. Now expecting I-485 anytime. What a wait!

Mine I140 ND is 11/16/04. Hoping i get some good news pretty soon. I just had an LUD on 04/28 on my I140 without any change in the message.
