EAD card received for dependent

My wife has received her EAD card yesterday.
I am the primary applicant.

Here are details :

RD : 4/30
ND : 6/28
WAC-01223-5xxxx
EAD approved : 11/10
EAD Card received for dependent : 10/31

We did early FP on 10/30 (scheduled for 11/30 at San Jose ASC)

I haven\'t got EAD card yet. Since the package was returned, my ND for EAD is 6/25/01, different from 485 ND.

What surprizes me is that people keep on adding to this list.. At first, I thought there weren\'t many April filers and look at this 87 people list now!

Looks like EAD processing is in trouble now. Approved on the AVM don\'t get their cards for several weeks. This didn\'t happen before..
 
Thanks mighty - your list is very helpful for the group.

I don\'t know how much delay are people facing now - I had got EAD cards almost after a month of approval.

And I hope INS starts sending out approvals for RD > 4/10/01 also!! Earliest Approval in April filers (RD > 4/1/01) was more than 2 months ago on 8/23/01) - and no approvals for RD > 4/10/01 so far - INS, please move.

Regarding the EAD Card.

Hi Mighty Count,

I posted an earlier message thinking that you did not receive your EAD card.

Looks like some one in earlier post mentioned that dates will be retrogressed and that might affect our processing. I sincerely hope we all get our cards before the good lord retrogresses the date.

By the way, any one had chance to talk to IIO regarding their FP\'s.
 
EAD approval AVM change

Today, when I checked the AVM for my EAD approval it said that on October 30th the case was approved and a notification was mailed...blah..blah. Earlier it had said based on review new card has been ordered and will take 120 days..blah blah. I am not sure what to make of this change..Any experience.
 
IIO regarding FPs

I talked to IIO today regarding the status of my FP, they said that they received it and its quality is "good".. and status of my I-485 is "pending"...
 
Received EAD card

Hello,
        My EAD was approved on 10/23/2001. I received it yesterday 11/1/2001. So it is taking a week to 10 days for receiving EAD cards.

FP is done, but AVM says old message

I did my FP on 10/31 at San Jose ( Scheduled on 11/28). But the AVM is still very old message \'We received your 485 ............., it takes 900...days \'.

Does anyone on the same boat?
