GUYS : Just talked to an IIO need your input

Called the same number and asked the IIO that I want to know the status of my FP, she asked me for my WAC no which I gave then she asked me my name and said that they have received FP from FBI and she cannot give me any other information not for my wife also.

Does this mean my FP is in system 2 or is it still in system 1.

FP reschedule for dependent ? experience/advice are welcome

Hi, I am the pricipal in our 485 AOS and my wife is my dependent.
We received FP for same day. I am planning to go early for FP and reschedule my wife\'s since she is in India now.
I heard that, evenehouth it is different case, but since because of the principal-dependent relationship, there are chances of delay in further principal processing, if we reschedule the dependent\'s FP.

Is anybody out there in the same boat ?
What is the advisable way to do ? complete both at same time ? or reschedule dependent\'s ?

FP 11/27/01 did on 10/30/01
      went at 2.20pm and came out 2.35pm.
      Very Cool.
 
Moved to INS System from FBI System:

how do you find out that your file has moved to INS system from FBI ?
Is there a number to call regarding the status after the FP ?
 
I did my FP on 08/22, waiting for my I-485 approval.

EAD Approved!!!

Per AVM, I heard, "On October 30, 2001, after approving your case we ordered you a new card.....It is taking between ..blah..blah..blah".

So, my EAD is finally approved. I almost thought that perhaps the GC approval will come ahead of EAD :)

I hope that the card comes soon.

Meanwhile I am on schedule to do my finger printing on 11/02.
