no I havent found out yet. My company still hasnt recieved the letter in mail and my attorney told us that she will call us as soon as she has any news about the notice.
What about you neelsan. Would you like to share what your RFE is about, i.e., if you have your RFE?
Also, if there is someone out there with an RFE in the past on an extension case, please do share your experience and the reason you got an RFE, it might put my nerves on ease. I am having a very difficult weekend so far, just thinking about what may be in the RFE.

I too did not hear anything about notice. About 240days work authorization, my attorney told me, it will be stands for expired I-94 cases. Actually mine is valid Jun04. It was filed as a regular extension NOT 7th year.

Guys,

My attorney called my few minutes back and my H1-B is approved along with my family's H4. I don't know when it got approved because I don't have the approval yet. I will get it in 2-3 days then I shall be in a position to let you know in detail.

I think, they might have approved my case since it is more than 180 days in my case.

My new employer filed H1-B transfer for me. Will it come under
H1-B Change of status in U.S or Extension of stay in U.S ?

Mine was filed on January 2004

Obviously, H1-B transfer (from one employer to other) is considered as Extension of stay in US.
 
Hi all... My H1 ext. got approved on Feb26th atlast.

Applied on -->> 08/11 Approved on -->> 02/26 .. ;)

Can anybody suggest, what are the papers required for Visa stamping at Washington.. centre
