Texas Service Center H1B Extension Processing Times

Hi just wanted to let all of u know that I recently checked my portfolio and saw the status of our H1/4 extension was updated on May 11. I did not receive an email.

I am hoping this is a favorable sign.

Can somebody else post their exp.

Just wanted to share information, my H1b Extention/Amendment ( due to change in salary ) is apporved in regular processing.
My reciept date is 02/02/2004.
Texas is working fast now a days it seems

Mine was applied on 02/02/2004 and it is still not approved yet

My receipt date is 30th Jan' 2004.

Update: got RFE

I got emails from USCIS yesterday 06/03. But was disappointed to see that they had issued RFE's. will post details later after the RFE is recieved by the company.

Sorry to hear about your RFE waitin_toolong and thanks for the update.

Hopefully it would be a simple one. One of my friends H1 ext got RFE recently on "Employers ability to pay". His employer submitted some additional financial support and got through.

USCIS list

Hi all,

How did you get this list? I am wondering whether we can find out status of my case. I am told by my employer that they applied in premium process somtime around May 26th, but not yet received receipt. I am not sure whether they applied in May or June first week and they are saying they did not receive receipt yet.

It would be nice if I can track based on empolyer name/company.

Please let me know any one has any idea about this.

The only way to find out is from uscis website using the receipt number. Since the application belongs to the employer you cannot do anything about it. May 26th or June 1st week, means its less than two weeks for ur receipt so be pateint remember there was a long weekend too, sometimes you get the approval unser premium processing before u get the receipt
Please let me know any one has any idea about this.

Mine is 01/30 but still waiting...no updates yet.

Looks like everybody is off the list.
 
RFE details

Finally found out the details of the RFE

The RFE was for clarification regarding the 1 year stay I had outside united states there bay resetting the clock on H1 (6 yrs). Wanted proof of dates etc.

Have sent the same to lawyer, will see how it goes from here.
 
This morning I came to know that my case (H1b) has been approved. This is online message

This case has been approved. On July 9, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

I wanted to do the visa revalidation here. As we all aware application has to be sent to DOS office before July 16th 2004.

Is that still possible? Do you have any idea how much time will take to receive the approval papers?
