Congrats again. I always check my case status at
'https://egov.immigration.gov/graphics/cris/jsps/caseStat.jsp' , is there any other place to check? Mine is still pending 11/04/2003.

I checked at the INS web site. That is first place, where updates will be posted.

Mine was H1B transfer.
My previous h1b was good till end of next year, so no need to apply for the wife.

I thought this list is only for Extension Processing

I thought this list is only for Extension Processing is there any difference between an extension process and Transfer Please advice

Technically doesn't make any difference between Transfer and Extension, There are no any saperate queue, both are using same procedure/forms/fees etc. corrrect me if I am wrong!

Guys one more thing if you think yours very close to 6 months dont wait for electronic status for me even i got my petition by mail after 8 days of my aprooval still it shows that your I-129 is in prcoess so check with ur attorney.

Just got approved April 02, 2004.

No RFE nothing .

So I guess they are moving faster now .

Guys I am sure for wish_140, powerman, defleopard22 the Extension/Trnsfer has been already approoved its just the matter of getting it in your hands a day or so,I am sure Its already on its way.
