My I140 application is approved too. Here are the details.

RD: 5/26
AD: 6/21

EB2, CA

Does anyone know if there is a forum for those who're waiting cause of retrogression to file I485?
 
many congrats on approval,

sent my I140 to NSC last week, did you apply directly to TSC or was it transfered from NSC to TSC.

can I ask my lawyer to reapply to TSC and withdraw from NSC? is it possible?
cause the TSC approval is much faster than NSC.

This morning when I logged into my Yahoo email account, in the first page I saw 7 new emails in the Inbox.Before going into the Inbox I guessed these may be from USCIS.I was very tensed until I read those words " Approved ".
I was really very excited.

This forum has been very helpful in predicting my approval date in Labor stage and again in I 140.I was expecting my approval before the end of this week if everything goes fine. And it happened as I expected. This forum is like GC bible for me.

OK, now what after all these excitement. You all know the answer - WAITTTTTTT... because I am from one of those heavily retrogressed country.

Having established a Priority date with I 140 approval I am also thinking about PERM/EB2.

do they still accept I 140 direactly at TSC?, my lawyer sent it last week to NSC...amything I can do to transfer it to TSC now..the approval rate is much better at TSC than NSC

My 140 got approved...atlast i finished 2 of 3 phases after 3 years of time...I am really exited about it...

My deatils are...

LAbor PD 11/12/03 & EB3
140 FD at TSC 05/10/06(not sure)
Transferred to TSC on 05/24/06
Approval date: 06/22/06
Concurrent filing: No

Register

If you register at uscis.gov, would you receive an updated info faster than if you check your status online at uscis? faster than the lawyer and/or employer receives any updates?

When I check on the status of my petition, it says "received on May 24th."
Nothing else.

I have not registered on uscis.gov .... I know it does not hurt to register, is it worth it, though? Please advise.

I-140 Approved!

Finally I-140 is approved today 23rd June.....now wait for long line to file 485!

I got a RFE last week.

We have been asked for the following

1. All pay statements and Tax returns from me.
2. Tax returns from the company

I am not sure whats going to happen. Hoping for the best.

My lawyer gave me following answer that you can not directly apply to TSC, all applications needs to be filed with Nebreska and then cases gets sorted to appropriate center.

Another thing is you get immidiate Receipt Notice once they receive application. Check with Center or lawyer there must be somthing wrong.

i140 not approved in abt 5.5 plus months

My case is EB2 I140/I485, ND: Feb 3, 2006 applied directly to TSC from Atlanta.
I140 LUD is 3/1/2006 but have not received anything so far!

I485 Code 3 bio was done on 4/30/2006. LUD was 4/30/2006 and 5/22/2006.
But nothing on I140.

Any idea guys?

It seems to be TSC is not approving the concurrent applications. As per few of the previous postings, TSC is trying to approve I-140 and I-485 together (If your PD is current).

I hope your concurrent filing (I-140 and I-485) will get approve concurrently.

I am also in similar boat. My I-140 was filed in Mar06, I-485 in Apr 06.
My I-140 still pending. Also at same time, we are seeing I-140 approvals of May 06 RD.

Hi everyone, CAPD02, alien1372, gcachiever,

I tend to agree with this thought. I believe TSC is treating concurrent filings different than non-concurrent ones. In concurrent cases, it seems that TSC is processing the i-140 and i-485 together according to the i-485 schedule. I have detected this issue while monitoring a number of websites.

I have filed concurrently at TSC on January 25, 2006 (RD January 26) and I have not received approval yet on the i-140. The last LUD date change on my i-140 was in March.

The good news is that TSC's i-485 schedule seems to be moving forward and steady. Currently, TSC is processing i-485s filed in late December.

I hope we will all get our approvals soon. I am sure it has been a long journey for all of us :rolleyes:

I have just filed I140 EB2,and RD is FEB27th 2006.This was filed directly to TSC before the bispecialisation started.Please respond.

I had the same observation regarding the speed of concurrently filed I-140 approvals Vs standalone I-140s. But we cannot really generalize that, if you check the I 485 issues forum (TSC Consolidated I 485 Tracker), there are a lot of ppl who have filed concurrently in May 2006 and gotten I 140 approvals in May/June 2006.

I filed concurrently in May 2006, but no I 140 approval yet.
