Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker

Recieved the approval notice in three days!!

I was able to successfully port the previous priority date into my new I-140 approval notice and I am going to file I-485 now. The best thing is that the approval notice came in three days.

BTW I am claiming 2001 PD on my I-140. Waiting for the approval letter to see if I indeed got it, as per the law I should and it is an issue free case...with all documentation. We made sure they see that we are claiming earlier PD in bold and colorful documents.

EB3 I 140 RD - May 15 , 2005 (yes approved in less then a month but a coincidence)

EB2 I40 AD - Mar' 06

Best of luck to all of you guys

Congrats. But what's the use of EB3 I-140? EB2 is already current for most and its taking only a couple of months to approve I-485. What's the real advantage in EB3 PD?

I140 approved.

TSC on a roll!

I have attached the updated tracker.
Interestingly I got an LUD on 6/7/06 but no change in the message.
The online message is still not updated, but the lawyer has recd the
approval notice.
Surprising!

I would request all others with approved I140's to also update the tracker,
so others can reduce their anxiety a bit.

How long after NOF in labor

Although I still have to reach I-140 stage (still stuck in Philly BEC), I need some info from people who got NOF during their labor stage.

How much time did it take to get the approval after you replied the NOF? What kind of NOF was it?

My company replied an NOF for my labor case in last week of May 06. It was about Business Necessity justification. How soon can I expect the labor?

Those who have any info please respond as I could not get much info on labor threads (naturally).

Please let me know.

Thanks in advance

Any reason why this tracker does not have any EB1? I once entered my data but someone choose to take it out?

LUD still remains 5/22

I40 Approved

Hi guys,
My I40 application has been approved today. Got 3 e-mails this morning.

My Info.
FD: 5/9/06 ( NSC -> TSC)
RD: 5/15/06
ND: 5/15/06
AD: 06/13/06

EB3 PERM PD:04/14/06 ( That got approved in a day, the previous one got denied after 5 months- wierd).

This forum has been a great help for me, in what was a very stressful time.

140 Approved

I got 3 emails this early morning. It says the case was approved on 6/13/2006.
I have updated the tracker with this info.

I40 approved - H1B transfer

Guys,

Now that my I140 got approved, I have a question about the H1-B transfer.
My current 6th year expires on march 15th 2007. My approved PERM was filed on april 14th(in 6th year) based on which I140 was filed.

If I transfer my H1-B visa to a new employer, I can get a 3 year extension on the H1-B. What will happen to the extension if my current employer withdraws the I-140? WIll the extension be still valid?

I am hoping that I will get through the first two stages with the new employer before my 6 year expires,But I want to make sure.

Thanks
UK

I-140 Approved

Got those 3 emails yesterday around midnight. They might have a batch job running in the night updating the status and sending email out, as at 11:30 PM , I had checked my status and it was still at same stage.

LC PD-5/10/2004
LC AD-4/7/2006
I-140 ND-5/10/2006
I-I40 RD- 5/10/2006
I-140 AD- 6/12/2006
I-485 : Hummmmmm.....Don't know when(As I am a Desi)!!!

Real use, couple of months ? I am from india and currently EB2 is Jan1 2003 WHile mine is 2005 so I will transfer my EB3 Priority date(may 2001) into EB2 and then the combination will be EB2 , May 2001 which is current
you have to have both 140 approved(EB2 & EB3) in order to transfer the priority date before filing 485

One more advantage for people after 6th year on H1 extension is they can file for 3 year extension instead of 1 year.
