Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker

My wife's AP was approved on 5/13, and mine on 5/17. However, we have not received the hardcopy. Our EAD arrived in no time, therefore I am a little bit uncomfortable about this. Also, I140 passed as I check on USCIS web, but no email notice?

Even though my wife's AP was approved before mine. My lawyers office recd mine a couple of days back. Her's hasnt arrived yet. The lawyer said
that the service center can mail things out of order.

No it is not unusual. The procedure for non-hard copy I140 has just been established it will take some time before it gets followed to the book

After long wait my case has been approved. On May 27, 2006, an approval notice was
mailed.

My eb1-OR was recently approved at TSC while eb1-EA is still pending with a recent LUD. Wating to file 485.

My I 140 was filed 1 may 2006.
How do I track it?
How to find out where it went.
does the Lin Number decide where it went ?
please guide me, I am kind of new here.....

If application# starts with SRC- then it is Texas otherwise it will be Nebraska.

You need to create customer a/c on https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp and add your I-140 Receipt#, then you will see details of your application online.

NJ case

I recently filed for concurrent I140/485 processing at Nebraska Service Center. I'm still awaiting receipt #.

Does anyone knows whether NJ cases are taken up by TSC or NSC?

When can I hear about the resolution of my case? Here are my details..I got my receipt recently nearly after a month of mailing the documents.

LC Category (EB1/EB2/EB3): EB3
LC PD: Feb 2006
I-140 ND: May 1, 2006
I-140 RD: April 28, 2006
I-140 LUD:
I-140 AD (If any):
Concurrent filing (Yes/No): No

I-140 is approved after a long wait. LUD yesterday indeed was a good sign. Good luck to evryone.

Does case number change when transferred from VSC to TSC

My I-140 (RD 3/8) was transferred from VSC to TSC on May 5th and recd by TSC on May 9-13 (all LUDs). When a case is transferred, do you get a new case number starting with SRC or it stays the same starting with EAC.

I am seeing EB3s with Mar 24th RD getting approved now.

Please advise.

I485 approved

After LUD on 5/25, 5/27, 5/30, today I got anther LUD and it says:

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On May 31, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.


Both my wife's and mine got the same message. Now I am waiting for the real card.

My I140 approved on may 27 but i have already applied my H1B (8th year) ext. on 15may ..based on my I140 approval can i ask for 3 years H1.Still i 'm waiting my one year EAC number.
Please help me...
