I am new to this forum.

Does case number starting with SRC stands for TSC service center ?

My case info

No - SRC0617*******

LC PD - 16-DEC-2003
AP - 28-Feb-2006
140 FD - 10-May-2006
RD - 12-May-2006
LUD - 16-May-2006

What this LUD indicates ?

Yes..SRC means Texas service center.

LUD is Last Updated..

Thansk for the info ,

If my File received date is 12-May and LUD 16-MAY . Does this indicate that some is working on my case as we seek and may be I will see some news (Good / BAD) soon from TSC ?

Hi kMax,

My LUD also remains same, nothing got changed.

See chishaol posting on this forum, he/she got LUD on 5/20 and no message change till 5/23. On 5/23 got approval. Hope the same for us.

See my details below, our both RD and PD is almost same, let's expect our both approvals same time.

Hi,

Yes, I did not see update for a few days after 5/19, then it turns out it was approved days ago (5/20) when I got my next LUD (5/23). It will come.

Even i did not see any update for a few days after 5/19, 5/20 but my friend I140 got approved today ..
Friend detail..
EB2 vsc 22 feb transfer to TSC on 4/20 ,LUD 5/19, 5/20 approved today.
 
Does LUD idicates that your case is been looked at or Reviewed or approved ?

Apart from it's Long from i.e Last Update Date . What does LUD indicates?

This is all guess work. LUD changing means...somebody touched u r file...for what? nobody knows.

LUD can mean anything, everything and nothing.

LUD close to your receipt date, mean nothing.

Seeing LUD's later could mean that your file is being processed. You might see several LUD's before u r case is adjudicated.

LUD changes, depending on the trend of other cases, give hope! That is all.
 
140 EB1-OR approved today

Hi,

I applied for EB1-OR 140 (VSC) in Feb 2006. Didn't apply for 485 because i'm from India.

140 transferred from VSC to TSC around April 20, 06.

Over the past few days there was a flurry of LUDs.
Today, I got three emails saying that the 140 was approved.

Hi All,
I just wanted to let everyone know that my I-140 was approved today. Received the emails today itself.

My case details are as below
CA-EB2 - Masters +0 (consulting company approx 55 ppl)
Labor PD Aug 2005
Approved Dec 7th 2005
I-140 Applied at CSC Jan 7th 2006
Notice Date Jan 10th 2006
Transferred to TSC March 22nd 2006
Transferred to Local office email May 21 2006
Approval email May 23rd 2006
 
Everyone,

just want to let you all know that my case I-140 has been approved today, May 25.
Just received approval e-mail. I did not have any LUD or RFE on the case.

:D While I am all smiles because of approved I-140 I cannot but feel disappointment because of retrogression, cant even enter AOS.


See you all in I-485 forum in a couple of years, if I do not move to Canada in the meantime....

All other details, see me signature.

RD - 4/24 ND - 4/26 LUD 5/25

No status change though! Keeping my fingers crossed.

LUD: 5/19 & 5/20, no updates after that. Hope to get some results soon..
 
YES.....i-140 approved!!!

I applied for i-140 with the copy of Labor Certificate (I never received the oringal LC through mail).

PD - Feb 06, 2006
RD - May 04, 2006
ND - May 11, 2006

Today, May 26, 2006, I checked the status of my case and it says it's approved and receipt has been mailed to me. :D

Earlier, I assumed that as I have applied for I-140 with the copy of LC, my case will delay for a long time and I'll get an RFE but nothing like that happened. I never received a duplicate Labor asking for my signature.

Anywayz, I am happy that atleast my i-140 got approved within 23 days.
Please update the tracker with my info.

Creative10, is this unusual to get i-140 approved without any RFE? Will I still be receiving duplicate Labor that needs my and HR's signature?

It's actually usual to get I-140 approved without RFE's. :) I received 2 approvals with no RFE's. None of my colleagues at work or friends had RFE's on I-140. Congrats!
 
I-140 approved today

I received an email today stating that my I-140 has been approved. Below is my info:

PD - 8/2001
Category - EB3

VSC RD - 3/22/06
VSC->TSC - 4/24/06
TSC RD - 5/09/06
TSC LUD - 5/11/06 and 5/25/06
I-140 Approved - 5/26/06

How soon should I expect to get the hardcopy notice via mail ?
