My 140 was filed with Texas on Jan,11 06 and approved today(Feb 03,06).

Mine was filed on JAN 13th. Hopefully I will get a good news soon.

Did you seen any LUDs prior to approval?

I did not see any LUDs as i do not know how to check it.
I checked tohe Online case status and found out that it was approved.

Do i need to do any thing more?

I don't think you need to do anything more. I was just curious on how you found out about the approval of your case. Hope to hear about my case soon.

Lalaker, it looks like very few ppl. are participating in the I-140 texas forum.. or may be many silent readers..

My NIW 140 was approved at TSC

Mail Date 01-13-06;
Recieve Date 01-18-06
Appoval Date 02-07-06

Do it myself. Ph.D in Engineering. Graduated last May.
20 publications, most conference papers. 8 conference presentations, one pending patent, one membership, several invitation emails from unknown conference and journals, 8 letters (5 independent), some e inquery emails, no citations.

I will share more details latter. I don't think i deserved it.

I have applied for I140 at TSC on Jan 4,2006.
I haven't heard anything till now.
What should I do?
Guys pls advise.
I check the status online all it says it that it will take 400-500 days....

My I-140 was approved on feb 23, 2006 and I received an approval notice at my home today today (Mar 1 2006). (More info in my signature)

I am still pending with my I-140 RD of 10/4/2004. RFE RD of 5/05. :mad:

We got Biometrics appointments for April 7th. Can anyone tell what is this about and how much time it will take once we get there.
And after this how long will take for 140 approval.
