I would have the same question. In my case, every time the message has changed, I have received an e-mail as well. I wonder if Summit's message changed and if he got emails too.
 
We had our finger printing done in Atlanta yesterday. Took an hour. LUD on 485 changed yesterday itself.
Does the message on 485 change at this stage?

Guys,
LUD changed on the USCIS website.
These are the emails and LUD changes I got.

1) "On May 26, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready. If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center. National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283."

2) "On June 1, 2005, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant's new card directly to him or her. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this card, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

The messege might stay the same (which it did in my case) and dates might be updated 2 or 3 times within the next week. Just ignore them. There is no consistency in the messege and date changes for everyone. Sometimes the dates change, sometimes messege changes, sometime both changes.

My lawyer recieved them. He mailed both the receipts to me. So I don't know if he received them in the same mail (you mean same envolope).

Both I140 and 485 had the same receipt dates.

Any updates on the physical green-card at your end? Nothing has happened with my application except for the 2 LUD changes on 06/16 and 06/17.

LUD Change

my LUD Changed to 6/21/05 from /12/15/04..but no change in the status
hoping to get something positive soon ..:)

If did you send check to USCIS by your pensonal check or your lawyer's check for your application of I-140&I-485?

I wrote the checks to USCIS (best case scenario) as instructed by my lawyer. They were cashed within two days. So I knew that the USCIS did receive my applicaiton.
 
Any Trend as to how much time it is taking for I-140 approval?

Hi Gurus,

Any trend as to how much time it is taking for I-140 approvals?

What I found from the "TSC_USCIS_Tracker.xls" that it was taking 600+ days for I-140 approval (if you look at the record in the begining) and now it is taking less than 100 days (looking at the entries at the end of the spread sheet).

Is that the trend in general or just a sheer coincidence?

Since none of the service centers will be approving any I-485 cases for EB-3 category starting from tomorrow, will we be seeing more I-140 approval and at a much faster rate? :confused: :confused:

Hi Friends,
Sorry for the delay in updating the spreed sheet. I-485 has been approved on 6/3 and got stammped on 6/22 and waiting for actual card. After Infopass appointment I do see twice LUD changed on I-485 (6/28 & 6/29).
