USCIS site shows ( http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_2252.html ) they are allocating a number for all the cases up to the Current Priority Date(ie currently it is June 01 2002) in every month. But your entry in our TSC-USCIS-Tracker.xls shows, your PD is 08/15/2002. Is it correct?

Early FP completed

I did early FP in Charlotte, Overall good experience... Went there around 9:00AM. The guard said it's on May 12 and I can re-schedule if I can't make an appointment. I showed my ignorance and asked if can do early FP wait if there are any appoinments for that day. I also told him that I drove from Raleigh and might as well wait. He said ok and gave me form to fill-up asked me to come after 2:30PM, if no rush he will let me in.

Went to India festival, had food :) an came back around 2:30, he didn't even check anything, took my passport, stamped form, gave both of our token. By the time, I could reach my chair, my token # was called out, My wife had to wait for 2-3 mins cuz her # was already called out before we could finish everything at guard's. Took both of our FP's and Biometrics (Photo + Digital Sign). Both were out in 15 mins.

What is your PD ? In the status.xls file it shows 12/05/2002.

From your posting of your approved 140 (ND:11/5/2004, LUD: 2/1/2005 and AD: 2/15/2005), Was there any changed message on your 140 LUD on 02/01/2005? It is shown that 14 days after your LUD, your 140 was approved. So it seems that your LUD (2/1/2005) is a good sign.
I just got LUD on my 140 on 04/29/2005, I have no idea if this is a good sign or not. Is it going to send approval notice or RFE?
From your experience, could you give me some comments? Thanks.

I guess it's anyone's wild guess at this point.. but I would say that something is better than nothing... If you don't see any different message for another 2-3 weeks, then it could be your approval...

Thanks for your reply. It sounds like that your 140 LUD is with no message change. It will give me some more hope for good.

140 inquiry

Hi all
Has anyone filed (through employer / lawyer) an inquiry on 140. My RD is Dec 2004, and USCIS website says processing Feb 18 2005, still not adjudicated or RFE ... If you have filed and have gotten a response , please share your experience..

Actually, Luck_One's PD date was 12/05/2001 not 12/05/2002. The entry in our TSC-USCIS-Tracker.xls might definitly a mistake.

Check out the following Luck_One posting. In this posting, he entered PD as 12/05/2001, which makes lot of sense with Priority date processing with EB3.
