Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker

confused????

I have a confusion. What would happen next for me? I did my FP over weekend. Got LUD's on 4/4 and 4/5. Now I am in EB2. Will it be processed by Receipt date which is dec 2004 or by my priority date which is Mar 2002? How will they pick up the case? Will they wait for the processing date to reach dec 2004 pick it up then and process it? or they should know that my priority date is current and FP done, process it in near future?

Does some guru have information on how I485 is processed. Some people tell me that it goes by rcpt date, but some say maybe eb2 should go by priority date.

Thats a million dollar question..............I don't think even USCIS can answer that............!!!!!

The RFE includes both Name(myself and my wife) is regarding a Afidavit of Support I134. I talking to my attorny to know what exactly it mean and what all the doc i need to submit for it.

140 - AD 02/24/2005

I-1485, I-140, FP Linear Fit Prediction

Based on "TSC_USCIS_Tracker.xls " data , I tried to find the linear Fit
I know there are infinite USCIS varibles and it is almost imposssible to predict. But I can say that there is a trend that fits into linear response.
Therefore it may be possible to estimate / predict the range of date I-140 or I-485 approval.
Find attached the Graphs
I-485 AD VS I-485 RD
I-140 AD VS I-140 RD
I-485 FP date VS I-485 RD
Guys let me know your opinion, does it make sense ?

This looks ok except for the FP vs 485 RD. Because as per my FP date I should have been approved in Feb and my FP is actually after Feb.

Great !!! Did you run a regression and if so whats the equation looking like ? how about rsquare ? 485, 140

The Statistical process control Software

I did not do the graph in Excel, I have a statistical process control software called JMP for company use. Later I did the same analysis with Orthogonal fit for EB2 and EB3 seperately and that makes a great sense. I can share it with you all if you are interested.

Great work!!

My I-140 AD falls in line with the graph and the prediction for 485 AD looks good but the FP vs 485 AD does not fall in place for my case(may be it does for others)...Can you share your orthogonal fits too?

Thanks,
Raja

Here you go , FP data does not fit any analysis

For better comparison , I did both Linear and Orthogonal fit on the same graph with each catogory EB2 and EB3.
Conclusion :
I-140 - Linear fit looks good and makes sense
I-485 - Orthogonal fit looks good and it makes sense.
FP - does not make any sense in any fit.

Guys,

Going by the list so far it seems that a lot of late 03 filers got their FP notices within 3-5 months. This trend seems to have stopped now. I do not think any 04 filer has gotten a finger printing notice yet. If there are some 04 filers that have gotten FP notices please let us know.

Have a great weekend.

i am a dec '04 filer (concurrent eb - 3 subs;) got my finger print notice and finger print done 03/31

EAD Renewal

My EAD is getting expired in Aug, Can some one provide me with the EAD renewal information and where can I get the forms etc.
