hi adibazz,

which state are u from? just wondering if there is any trend in FP notices? May be it depends on EB category.

I am awaiting FP notice.

Only treand I could see for past couple of months is that most of the filers from second half of 2004 got their FP notices, irrespective of EB catagory. You could see that in Texas 485 forum on the XL sheet of this thread: http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?t=163423&page=10&pp=15

You should also get it. Be hopeful. Good Luck .. :)

EAD Renewal?

Adibazz,
thank you very much for the info, Hope fully I get my real one soon. The problem is my wife will be leaving to India for 4 months and her EAD also getting expisred in Aug so I just wanted to get signed with her and keep it ready if required.

Usually how many days/months before EAD Expires do I need to apply for Renewal?

I haven't received it either.

For atlanta latest fp notice that I have seen is for August applications of I140 & I485.

Based on some case I've seen for Atlanta, the FP notice is coming in about 8-9 months after the RD of I-485. Any thoughts, comments???

uscis case status check down ?

has anyone had problems lately with the uscis case status website, when ever i click ona link, it says , receipt number could not be found

I just checked it and it seems to be working fine.
 
FP Reschedule Notice

My FP ND is 3/22/2005 and scheduled for 5/7/2005 12pm but I have done my FP Early on 3/30/2005. Yesterday received reschedule notice for 5/7/2005 @7pm. Is that should just ignore the notice?
I do see there was a LUD change on 3/31/2005 on my I-485 based on that my assumtion was they have recived my FP's. Is there any way to find out whether they have recived my FP or not?

My wife is out of country for 4 months she has done her FP on 3/30/2005, If I-485 is approved in her absence what are the options?

I've seen lot of member not caring to update the tracker under euphoria of approval.
