it changed 9 days from Apr 17th to 26th :p

10:20 am : Logged into USCIS to check the status. I140 approved. No LUD on I485.

10:21 am : no e-mail regarding approval.

10:22 am : 2 e-mails about I140 approval.

FYI : LAWYER enquiry initiated for I140 case on 01/12/05.

Congrats Vanguru, my I-140 ND is 08/08/2003 and I-485 ND is 02/02/2004(I140 LUD 02/05/04 and I485 LUD 11/29/04). I did the fingerprinting on 11/20/04, so our dates seem pretty close (except my I485). I'm still waiting for a response (or somebody to pick up my file from the back of the desk where it had fallen 8 months ago).

I was wondering what you mean by "Lawyer enquiry initiated"? Is it the usual fax to USCIS asking about the status of the application?

Yes. An inquiry to USCIS from the attorney asking for the status and requesting for the approval based on the current posted processing timings.

An inquity is like a wake-up alaram for those who are sleeping WITH A BIG PAUSE BUTTON. You could get your approval or get paused little longer time. With the enquiry, someone is getting attention to your application.

Send the inquiry, dont expect something. If approved, be happy.

The LUD for Adv Parole changed on 1/20/05 and once before it (don't remember the date). It was approved on 1/20/05

My question was, did your LUD's for I140/ I485 changed because of a change in Adv Parole LUD. I am trying to investigate if this is the case with everyone.

No LUD change for anything other than Adv Parole

140 RD - 1/2004 AD 1/2005
485 Rd - 1/2004 AD ??

EAD 1&2 Approved.
AP 1&2 Approved.

FP done 9/2004
 
Updated the tracker with my I140 approval on 01/24/05. LUD changed on approved I140 today(01/25/05). No LUD changes on I485.

will_get_there and all_names_are_reserved : Did you see any more LUD changes on approved I140 case? How about I485?

Yes I see that LUD for 140 has changed to today's date however curiously enough there is no other change in any other LUD. 485 LUDs are the same as they were when the FP results were receive by TSC.
