So many mails for me today..... I got everything except my wife's AP approved

131,140, 765 and 485 All RD is 11/05/04
I131, 765 AD 11/23.

Crossing my fingers for wife's AP and both 140 approved emails :)

Updated the excel sheet....
 
good for you, labornc, hope you get your wife's AP soon and 140, too (although that's a little wishful thinking, but hey, who knows?) :)

You should get them in about 2 weeks, look out for that check now. Read back to some of the other posts, I've asked these questions before, too, hope this helps.

485/EAD/AP - ND -11/04/04 -

EAD - AD - 11/23/04

waiting for the ead card, can anyone tellme how long does it take?

I have recently submitted my 140/485/765/131. Updated the details in the spread sheet.
 
Guys,

I applied for 485/EAD on sept 13th. I recieved my AP (texas). However no news on EAD, almost 3 months now. My company wont give me SCR number either. Any idea why it may be taking so long. How can I find the status.

last update date on USCIS website

My I140 was filed earlier this year and I noticed the other day that the "last updated date" for november, however the case itself has not been updated and neither have i received a RFE or approval notice yet. The details of the SRC# and the telephone service still give the standard message ..."we received your case on such and such date and etc."
Has anyone had a similar experience? If you receive a RFE does it reflect that on the website?

I-765 receipt date: 6/4/2004
RFE date: 7/15/2004, (spouse's EAD approved on 7/8/2004)
Contacted National Customer Service on 11/15/2004
EAD approval date: 11/23/2004
EAD received on hand: 11/29/2004

If it has long passed 90-day, it worked for me to call customer service ctr.

Updated spreadsheet.

EAD approved

I got email from TSC that our EADs are approved. Thanks a lot for the members of this forums. I got valuable info from here.

I updated the excel with the info.

For those who got EAD approved recently :

How many days it would take to get the actual EAD card ?
Is it advisable to go for SSN immdediately after receiving the EAD card ?
How many days it took to get you SSN (number / the orignal SS card) after applying ?

it took me around 15 days to get EAD card in mail. But you may get it anytime between 5 days to 20 days.

You can apply for SSN immediately after getting the EAD. SS office now has the ead information in their computer system which shows them the person is eligble for SSN. If they are not able to retrieve this info from their computer it takes additional 15 days. waiting time for SSN without any issues iw 15 to 20 days from the date of application.
