Any Updates Today

Nebraska service center seems to be taking longer to approve cases after the RFE's have been submitted. We have many cases now moving into 3/4 weeks after sending the response.

Because of the large number of RFE's being sent out and resources also being deployed to looking into 2003 cases for the election year, things of RFE's are slowing down.....This is just my opnion.
 
My 2 cents worth. From what I have seen there are cycles in what NSC focus on, some weeks it is new RFE's, others it is new cases. From my analysis of recent cases the upper bound of what is has been recently typical is about 4 weeks. If this moved to 6 - 8 weeks it would still not be unusual. I understand why you are all so focused on this. (I sure was). Keep the faith. For my 2 odd years going through this process, I spent much of my time trying to think of ways to impact my case, and each time I came to the conclusion that I had to give myself over the to waiting. I built much detailed analysis and models and while it provided some insight, it provided little solace.

I don't believe that the fundamental processing system at NSC has changed in the last 2 weeks. I believe that the tide of processing has ebbed as to RFE approvals, but it will turn back over the new few weeks.

If someone would like to add my details to the spreadsheet that would be great

About 15 minutes ago I received 4 email messages from USCIS that notifying I485 approved for both of my wife and self. This just happened 20 days after USCIS received RFE response.

Whole process took more than 3 years. I still can't believe this just happened on me. I really hope those of you who have been waiting for approval notice will soon get approved as well. Good luck! Thanks.

Hello Everyone,

I have updated the xls sheet with all the latest data provided from people up untill this moment.

Here's what you do to update the data.

1. Download the xls sheet
2. Enter/Update your date
3. Sort on Column B on the xls sheet
4. Upload the xls sheet back on the thread.

This way the data remains current.

Yes, Its my time....I just checked the internet and emails a moment ago and I have received approvals for self, wife and son. :)

It took me 9 business after my RFE was received by INS on 05/11.
