You sent your passport on 19th Sep, so wait until 15the Dec before calling.

In the present situation the visa officers will open visa applications between 45 to 60 days from the day you sent(In 95% of the cases it is true) to St.Louis.

They can't tell you anything at this moment.(FYI the number is 202-663-1225).

I called again, surpriselly my visa got approved by Nov 21 but still waiting in the printing queue, hopefully I will be getting it soon , guys thank you very much for all your help and support specially last Friday, and wish you all great luck

My StLuis date is : Sep4th , DC date is Sep 26th
Today i called , and the clerk said that they are processing Sep24th cases. So hopefully i will get next week.
My travel date is Dec 10th.

status of the application

Just now I spoke to nice lady at visa office and she mentioned that my application was received date at D.C is on SEPT29TH and expected date is around end of december (she clearly mentioned that it will take 3 months to get them).
Currently they are processing mid september cases.

that five days contains most of the application ( aug 14 to sep 12 SL application ) .

My DC date is sept 26th. I called them and it's not yet proceessed.
Based on previous messages, looks like they are processing sept 24 cases. So i'll wait till wednesday next week before calling.

I just called DC office and they told me that they returned my visa revalidation application, as one of the required documents is missing. I would like to know, how many days would it take for the visa stamping, after I send the documents they asked for.

I have a tkt in the first week of Jan.
