Can u also pls update forum , what docs u were asked for.

The lady i spoke to was not sure about what documents were missing. Once i get the returned application i will surely update the forum. and My attorney deals with the revalidation applications, so i only know that it was sent to SL in the first week of September ( but not the exact dates).

What i was wondering is, will it take 10-12 weeks again after sending the missing documents??

Nope Once you send in the required documents, it takes around 10 days to get the pp back if everything is ok

My SL date is Sept 27. I have ticket to go home Dec 14. Do you think I can make it. I am panicking big time.

Thanks for any information. How long does the printing and QA portion take.

My DC received date is Sep 26th and my ticket is on Dec 10th

These people are not at all giving any info

Thanks rock369 , immigration4kot for the info. In that case if my attorney acts fast in sending back the required documents, i should be able to get my pps atleast by 3rd week of DEC.

I had talked to a lady on friday and i told them that i was in the same situation and my tickets are on Dec15th ( although they are not). I just wanted to know my DC date. She said that my DC date is 27th Sept. I asked her whether i would be able to get my passport in time. She said you will get it by 10th Dec.

I called them today. My DC date is 26th sept.
It's not yet processed. They are not offering any
other information other than it will take 10-12 weeks from the DC date.

I called DC just now and she said mine is not processed yet and didn't tell when it will be processed, she said she doesn't know.

My DC date is 26th Sept.

neels : If your SL date is 27th Sept, I don't think in anyway you would get your passport by 14th Dec.

For immigration4Kot it may be tight but he may get it.
 
Guys, please stop calling DC. I understand your stress with purchased tickets and travel plans but there are other people waiting too and the officers responding calls are same officers working on our visas. So wait times for all of us will extend. We'll all get our passport when they are ready.
 
Not everyone is calling, only people calling are whose date is expected to be processed that particular day, so that they can get information for rest of us. They are suppose to be processing 26th Sept DC that is why me and halver called today.

The purpose of this forum is that 1-2 people call and get information for everyone else and that is what we are doing.

You must be clear by now from Prem Chopra's reply. Add on to that, if you see previous postings, people are waiting for updates and it makes sense for next in line to find out the status. In that way, it's more organized.
