Hi gp111,

do you have the breakup of the number of cases for each day in Feb, 2003?. I remember you posted such a break up for Jan 2003.

gp: That's unbelievable! It they take 2.5 yrs for three days' case!!!!

So does that mean that an applicant can get h1 extensions beyond 7th yr forever???

Any information releated to this code. 999.119-041.

999.119-041 is for "Engineering Managers"...

Jan 03 999.199-041 cases : 9
certified : 6
still in received status : 3

Is there any difference ?

Is there any difference in the processing by DOT Code ?
Mine is 999.151-032 . Do some DOT codes get processed faster than others ?

ZB

Anyone has more insight into it?

Thanks

Remand to state

When a case is remanded to state, will this case be processed as a regular case and wait in the Non-RIR line? Or a three-option letter will be sent to the employer. My lawyer and employer won't release any information to me after my case is remanded to the state two months ago. Somebody please help me out. Thanks

You can see that "1996" is a common part of all the case #s ;-)

Carlson memo

Hi Gp111 and other DOL gurus,
Is it true that Labor applications which do not fall under Carlson memo(BS+ 3 yrs or MS+ 6 months) are subject to the great 3 option letter or rejection. Is there anyone in this forum whose labor has got cleared and does not fall under Carlson memo

Yeah BS+3yr- or MS+6M- will likely get a 3 letter....
