What I don't understand is, cases of the RIR and Non-RIR are being processed nearly the same dates....So even if they moved the case to Non-RIR, it should be done fairly soon.

But if it goes back to state and starts from scratch, you are screwed since it will be 2.5-3yrs before it gets processed by Fed (DOL).....

Dude...Ask your lawyer to explain you the remainder of process.....

I agree. However, I found 3/4 Jan 31 cases that got approved late last week.

I have been watching this forum for a while now. I am glad to post my first message.

This moring I called DOL phone number415-975-4617 , I have verified that mine was approved.
Mine RD was 1/29/03

pl provide more details. I am sure you know that lot of guys eagerly wait for such information.
so, please provide like
dot code,
any RFE ?
experience on your LC application,
and experience for your job post
company location,
size,
andy layoffs
first 4-5 digits of your case number,
and whatever you could provide.
 
It went back to state Non-RIR queue.... thats the problem....

My dotcode is 032.No RFE.
My experience on LC was Msc+3 years
Experience on job post was Bs+3years.
Mine is a small company in san L ****** with very few layoffs.
My case number is 95458**

Hi gp111 and others,
One of our colleague's RIR was not certified by DOL(got three options letter) .He did not have any RFE from the state.His was BS+ 2yrs exp in LC.
What are the chances that the other candidates(got RFE from state level) from the same company with same exp in LC gets approved???

Any idea/speculations will be highly appreciated.

Now I understand the problem.....What the F*@^#.... They are processing Apr 2001 for regular state... But the not so bad news is your priority date will be around Dec2001 (The dt you files for RIR state)...so in another 5 months your app should be in Fed.....

Do you think SWA will reach Dec 2001 in next 5 months ? They have been working on April 25, 26 & 27th for last two & a half years...

There is very little chance that SWA will reach Dec 2001 that fast, I agree to gp111 but we can just wait and watch this DOL processing flow.

I've been a silent reader. Really appreciate the information you guys provided here. Before I leave, share my info with you:

DOT code: -031
Regional RD: 1/30/2003
Company: Mid size financial company in Bay Area, no major layoffs
Requirement: MS and +1 year
Status: Certified on 7/21/2004 according to 415-975-4617

Congrats. was this RIR or Regular. Which state did this go throo and how long did it take in state.

I did a randome check of a few cases, it looks like DOL is still moving.... even if it is excrutiatingly slow !!

The regular que is still at December 2002. I think they moved reasonably well (snail pace is fast for DOL) about 5 or 6 months ago when RIR was not moving at all. At this time the regular que seems to be at a stand still. DOL may be focusing on the RIR at the moment. Who knows they may even crank it up to hyper-snail speed. :)
