Current Processing dates

DOL is currently processing cases with RD 01/15/2003. (Case #s 09544868 vicinity).

so on june 1 , dol did appox 122 cases ( from 09544740 to 09544868 ) or 143 cases (Jan 13th (89), Jan 15(54) )
not bad , that means in 10 days dol might process a month of cases of 2003....... next monday , feb 2003 :)

Is there is a way to find out more details about a Case Number other than what the AVM says (like the salry, company etc.). AVM just gives the case num, recd date, DOT code and status. The http://www.flcdatacenter.com/casesearchperm.asp, site does not show the case number which I am looking for, under my Company's name.

I am trying to locate my case number by Company's phone number (since lawyers will not give me the case number). Now, I found a few from the AVM, just trying to make sure that it is really my case number.

Any thoughts?
 
What you say is not true..... You can pull out the case # from the site [url]http://www.flcdatacenter.com/casesearchperm.asp if you select 'all' fields in the options.....default is minimum.

BTW, you have a right to obtain your case # from your lawyer.

DOT code affects processing dates?

Looking at the case status gp111 just sent, I found a case with a RD as far back as 11/28/2003 has been certified. If you filter by cases after 1/1/2003, you'll see all the certified cases are like "Teachers", etc.

Does that mean some DOT codes take preference over others? Note that most of these fast-track cases happen to ne non-RIR cases as well.

That is true.. Few DOT Codes (Job Categories like Professors, Teachers etc) filed by University / govt. depts. / Research Institutes have preference over other cases.

Thanks guys for the reply! This forum is always helpful.

As GP points out that FLC DataCenter is not upto date as AVM is. Though the site says it has data upto 12/3/2003, that is not true -- or atleast not all cases upto this date are available. For my company, I found cases only upto July 2003. Even the entire database which is (32 MB txt file), does not provide all cases.

Labor Approved

Finally heard from the attorney's that my Labor has been approved.
I do not have too many details, like DOT Code Case number etc. (I never really cared and left it to the attorney's to worry about)
However, this is the info I have
Priority Date : 1/29/2002
Transfer to DOL: 1/3/2003
I work for a major S/W vendor and we have had quite a few major layoffs.
I'm an MS with about 8 years experience at the time of filing not sure what the attorney's had on my application as requirement though.
Hope this helps.
Also I have no other info besides this, just wanted to let you guys know.

Well, you should do a data join between AVM and web-site to get the best results....

AVM information is definitely more upto-date... But if you were to see more details for cases that are atleast 8-9 months old, you could see it on the web-site.... Anyways, if my case had RD in the last few months, I would't bother tracking it as yet, but rather I would enjoy the california sun :)

Nothing amazing about if "why_worry" has filed from other states like AZ,Guam,Hawai,Nevada.Washington, Whose cases may be having different priority over Californian's in SFO

I hope i am wrong so that Jan 2003 has jumped to July 2003 in some cases.
SFO is world famous for various things. :confused:

well here is the cases number 0957113, which was approved on 14 may. It has a RD date on DOL 25 July as per AVM. But here DOt code is 999.119-111

So may be some dot codes have different priority.
