just a quick question. Does anyone know if companies like Verizon, Citi, Oracle, PWC, etc file for labor from any of their office locations other than where the person is employed? Please let me know ASAP.

Bay area big software company with some layoff.

I have been feeling hopeless for a couple of months because 90% of the cases from my company has been remanded this year.

I don't have much information about my case since I am not knowledgable of the whole process (e.g experience required for this position...)

gp111, I registered for this forum today, but I've watched the forum for a long time. I've seen a lot of your posts which were really helpful. Good luck to your LC and further process. BTW: We share the same DOT code. :p

No Layoffs
Had MS+8 yrs of experience before applying but have no idea what the lawyer had written in the ad.
