S. 1932 Status

Looks like the motion to instruct is more akin to the Senate bill than the house bill. There is no mention of 8001 8002, but I guess it is too small an issue to openly discuss. I guess it all depneds on what is happening behind doors.

Hello desideccan,

Where did you see information indicating that 8001/8002 got rejected. Could you please mention more details on the source.
 
I am going through my cell phone address book & calling my friends
if they support the bill. If they say yes, i am sending faxes onbehalf of them, using isnamerica. I suggest all of you go through your address books & keep faxing & calling.

I hope there is no fax limit in isnamerica..

As pdakwala mentioned, if 8001 and 8002 is not discussed, we are fine. It means that inclusion of these provisions will be decided in the conference committee.

So if these provisions are not mentioned or discussed does not mean that they have been rejected. Just a thought.

Guys,

Stop deraming about 8001 and 8002 .Both got rejected.Believe me it is not easy to get immigration relief.All desi employers collected money and gave to senetors and congressmen ,so that they will not pass these bills.It worked.
 
update from House

Friends
House is debating about S1932. Both parties republicans and Dems supporting their arguments. But not to worry at this time and let's stay tuned on what will be the outcome and instructions to conference committee. As long as they don't mention 8001 and 8002, We are OK.
