it says \'A notice has been mailed to you dated xx, If You dont receive the notice within 14 days call back ans speak to and IIO\'

For example if it says April 2. Even though u checked AVM on April 2,3,4 the message appeared on AVM on April 5.

You should not consider the date you heard it on AVM
You should only consider the date referred to in the AVM message that is in this example \'April 2\'

I feel that the notice should be received by your lawyer with 7 days of XX and on the outside within 10 days.

contact your lawyer and tell him the exact wording of the AVM message being very carefull about the date referred to in the AVM Message
 
ND Sept 21 RFE

I got an RFE on my case. The AVM says issed on April 4th, lawyer hasn\'t received it yet.
My salary in the 485 filing and the I140 is higher than what I am earning right now (in the same company) due to the company wide 10% paycut. My lawyer says that it shouldn\'t be a problem since the I140 only states the salary that they will pay you once you are hired as a permanent employee (i.e after you get your GC). Are there other people in the same boat as me - and were there any problems??

Laywer don\'t want give me the copy of RFE notice. So I don\'t know the number.

Let\'s see when I can have decision from INS.

We have mail RFE( a big junk 4yrs tax+pay slip+emplyment etc) on april 1st. Waiting on now. I understand the wait is maximum of 2-4 weeks now on RFE. Let us see what happens.

Here is list of my ref: 1998-2001 W2,
Tax return 1998-2001 employer\'s tax return 3 paycheck stubs
job verification letter re-do the medical exam
All the copies of your I-485, I-140 and I-765 petition

Lots of stuff, it took me about a month to prepare.
The ref was sent on March 22, recieved on March 25,
AVM updated on March 26, approved on April 1.
I even can not believe it because I am afraid to be an April fool.
Util I recieved the approval notice on April 5, then I totally believe
my long waiting time was ended finally.

However he/she had to recreate the full file and send it in

Congratulations on your approval - This happens rarely at CSC but it does happen.

yesterday I called CSC after hours to check status for me & my wife\'s case and on AVM replies as following for both cases:
 
 
" on April 11th 2002 we have mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence or information on this case. the notice explains in detail what additional material is needed .if you have questions about the notice what is received or 14 days have been past or you haven\'t received the notice please speak to IIO during normal business hours."
 
 
Looks like that\'s there standard message playing for "RFE".

Do they send RFE to an applicant or an Attorney ??

RFE for: Employment Offer, 3 paystubs, last 4 years tax docs, Ability to pay.
WS22512/DIV 1 NVN

The WS# seems to be how the case has been classified so that the officer knows how to approach the case once RFE is received - I see only 1 other 22512 approved in the spreadsheet- Any thoughts/ideas by anyone?

Also, in my RFE is says, you are given until 4/27 for this - have others also gotten a deadline?
