Revoking a green card

Hi all
I got a green card based on employment. I applied for my wife and she got a one year visa to come here. She came and lived with me for 1.5 months and then we get into much differences(due to lies and fraud on her and on her family's part) and now we are divorcing. She just used me to get a green card to come to USA. We came back to home country and the legal case is going on here. Nothing has been done in USA.
What I would like to know is how can I cancel her green card that is not arrived yet?. I heard for employment based its not conditional.
Someone told me that I have to inform the US consulate in my home country and tell them to revoke the petition.
Please guide me.

Thanks

Forget it, let it go!

It is a double edge sword!

Here is why - in the eyes of USCIS it maybe considered not a bonafide marriage - since you are an alien, it can raise to the level of immigration fraud, which can bite you in the rear end.

Suppose your ex-wife, really wants to get back at you, she can simply write to immigration or the embassy and inform them she paid you money to bring her to US.

What do you think will happen? let it go, and forget it.

it is not your petition to revoke. It was your employer's. No, you cannot cancel her GC.

but her immigrant visa was based on I-140 filed by the employer, correct?

I am still not sure what he meant by "she got a one year visa to come here"...

I am confused. Does she have the immigrant visa already but hasn't used it? Or she has GC status already? In either case, I would advise you to move on. There is nothing you can (or should) do in my opinion.
