Reg H1 B Approval At Vermount

Hi,

I received the RFE on October 21st and my employer replied on 10th Nov - but it took them till Dec 5th to update the status.

Can you tell us what the RFE was all about?
I got RFE regarding the company details on 2nd Nov and replied back on 7th Nov but no progress after that.

My rfe was also about company details - my employer said it was some minor clarification about the company and its line of work...

Hi Guys,
You are not alone!!! My wife's EAC status has been showing this forever.

My H1B filing date is July 12th.

"Your I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was received on July 5, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking blah blah"

BTW I do not see a LUD anywhere? where is this piece of information shown??
I hope my wife and everybody get's their approval soon. These guys should for a change think about increasing their head count, instead of increasing the H1-B application fees :p .

Goto USCIS Login page and create a login id and password. Once you login add your case to portfolio. Once added it will show you the Last Updated Date.

My USCIS site status got changed today. It says that "On December 13, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information".
Application type: H4-H1 Regular
Application date: 12 July
RFE: 2 Nov
RFE reply: 7 Nov

Just wanted to share the progress (after such a long time) in the case status with all of you guys who are on the same boat.

Last Updated date: 12/12/2005.
 
Update...

After past 7 months of waiting...I have received an email from USCIS....And sadly, they're requesting for an additional evidence.I hope to hear from my employer what it was...*sigh*...
 
hi pykisly_77! You are not alone. Mine was filed last April and after 8 mos of waiting, I received RFE too! Anyway, I got an email from USCIS saying that they already received the response today (December 20).

Hope to receive our NOAs soon! Merry Christmas! :)

Immigration Gurus ...please help.

I have an MS degree from the US. OPT ends in Sept 2006.

1. Can I still apply for the Advanced degree quota for March 2006.
2. If it is too late for March 2006, How early do I need to apply to comfortably make it to the Oct 2006 quota.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Can any one got approval after jun 29th. My wife H1 was applied on JUN 29 th and LUD date is showing on 10/24/05.
Can anybody know what's going on this case.

I only see most H1 applications with RFE postings... very few without RFEs..

Anyway..my h1 expires in May19th06..plan to do a 'regular' tranfer/extension...
As of today it shows Sept 03 in the processing times.. Is it moving 1 month in a months time...never kept track of proceesing speed..

Will I hear by April end...?

Hi there guys!
Just to let you know that my I129 petition for 8th year extension with a receipt date of Oct 24, 2005 has been approved, with a approval date of Jan 12, 2006. This was a regular processing case.
Good luck and Godspeed to all who are waiting for their H1s to be approved.
