Reg H1 B Approval At Vermount

Question

I am filing for extension of H1B in USA at VERMONT . Is the processing date for that is April or July? Please clarify...

Case Status

Hi Everyone,
I have been reading the forum pretty regularly and its been really helpful. My case which was a fresh H1 was filed on April 22nd, 2005 and till Sept 24 it was still pending. On Sep25th I got the status changed to premium for which I had to pay the extra $10000 and on Sep 28th I got the approval email.

Congratulations!! I am not sure but I think you got RFE for H1 visa, right? If so, then could you please tell me what was the RFE regarding.
I have got RFE asking my employer to explain why a masters' degree is required for the position? Was yours a similar one?
I am really tensed up about this and it would help greatly if you could reply.

I filed for a new H1B at VSC and have a receipt date of May 21st.
I upgraded the filing to Premium on Sep 25th.
When I check the status on October 04th, I get the following message.

The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

Please let me know if you are familiar with this message.

It is because they are updating your records. Please check with your lawyer-he must have got an email stating your status or call them for further information.
 
June 8th receipt date got approvded.

Hi friends, My case at VSC with receipt date 8th June got approved on Oct 4th and I could C the change online in USCIS. The following mail i got from them.

Application Type: I129 , PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On October 4, 2005, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

PP Processing

Hi sarvalokesh

This is a normal thing....when your application goes for PP for some time the data is not available in the system, so you get this message.
Don't worry...you will get your approval soon.... :)
