Processing time for green card based on asylum

I don’t know why they don’t have premium processing for i-485 based on asylum like some other categories!!!!! millions of people now suing them and pay $4500 for lawyers and department of justice so why don’t you change the direction of this money to USCIS way instead of the attorneys and the department of justice ? Looks like suing USCIS is the only way for a lot of folks to get decisions or interviews.

But still people are receiving their decisions around 6 - 12 months right ?

It’s all about luck but yeah it should be,We saw some people got approvals after 2-3 months too here on this forum and also on reddit! gc based on asylum approval so i guess the luck plays the biggest role with the USCIS.
 
july 16, 2021 was approved -asylum.
october 2, 2022 sent I-485 and I-693 forms.
october 19, 2022 fingerprint was taken.
july 18, 2023 RFE.(actually I sent my I-693 with my I-485, but they are requesting again).
Today, I did check up in the medical center to get my I-693 form. I will get my I-693 next week, and will send to USCIS. Mine was MSC23……. case. I will let here know whenever I will get status update.

Why you are se sending again the I-693? And are you paying a 2nd time for your medical exams :(

I received an update about rfe and hopefully they are not aksing for medical again since I have submitted with my application . I’m wondering why you paid the full price ? They should have just charge you 50$ to give you the copy of the result since they have your record in data base. I have heard they sometimes provide two copy with just a little bit extra charge
 
Hi guy I just received New card is been produce, want to ask a question. My 1485 application got approved today 5:05pm, I just got the email but am yet to receive my wife and daughter approval, any update when they will get their 1485 approval ?

Me Not yet i called them last week and the agent told me wait a call from tier 2 immigration officer in 10 days as i made it clear to her that i will sue The USCIS very soon and she was like I understand your frustration but i will transfer your inquiry to tier 2! Anyway I’m done talking to USCIS !!from now on the court gonna judge between me and them as if September 1st comes and no GC in hand then I’m suing them and i called a specialist attorney in Rit of mandamus cases and he said you qualify to sue them as I didn’t know the processing time means nothing to the federal judge and anyone can Sue USCIS after 1 year since your filing date and no decision yet so the processing times on the website ain’t a big deal but he advised me to wait for 90 days after they received my RFE response.

I’m not gonna wait 3 months and more after submitting the medicals no more bs! I wont beg for my GC from some officers that i pay 2x annually in taxes to this country of what they make in a whole year and the same for the refugee travel document from now on if it takes more than 8 months i will sue them again I don’t care from now on every year I’m down to sue them until i get the citizenship . I’m Totally fed up so that’s it at least i will be happy to know that i forced someone to work extra 3-4 hours to finish my case.



P.s what made me fed up that i know someone personally sued them in July 18th and got his GC in hand last Friday so suing them looks like the only way for someone don’t wanna take anymore bs from them.

oh no!! :/ I am so sorry!! that is messed up! if USCIS misplaced your medical file or if they thought it was missing info, it's still their fault and their responsibility to let you know what happened and why! and the medical facility should be able to refund you considering the situation. Either way, it's on USCIS and not you; that's so ridiculously frustrating! were you able to get in touch with them about this issue?
