Very good news am so happy I don’t even know what to do . E service request worked and also no update on medical received doesn’t mean they didn’t get it.

it's probably the E-service request effect!!! enjoy the moment and make sure it's 1-year backed when you receive the card! hopefully me next soon as i still have 3 more days to reach to the 60 days period. i will do the e-request on Monday morning.

I told you it is out of whack and out of sync and that it doesn't update everything
so happy for you!!!!!! I hope this shows that things are not linear or predictable and that one way or another things will always work out even if we don't know/trust the process.

he submitted it cause by law he has the right to do it as they sent him RFE to submit the medicals and he did but got no decision for 60 days so USCIS itself says if 60 days pass and no decision, you can do e-request! if you just do e-request without having something serious to expedite the case or got no decision for 60 days after submitting RFE the USCIS agent will tell you hey you still in processing time and i can do nothing for you at the moment! don't get me wrong i wish you all the best but 6 months waiting for the Green card is considered nothing even the congressman won't do anything for you!!! the only thing can help you only if you have a solid reason to expedite otherwise no one will speed up a case that been processing for only 6 months unless you got lucky and they process it.

didn't get case decision.
I have a question. Is the E service request exclusive to those who have already sent their RFE? If the case has been pending for a significant period without an RFE request, can we still inquire about our case through the E service request or are there alternative methods available ?

you can still do e-request but most likely nothing will change as long as you still in the processing time for the i-485 based on asylum which is 24 months right now on the USCIS website

that's the answer i got from the agent 4 days ago :
Please wait at least 60 days after responding to a Request for Evidence (R F E) to receive further information from U S C I S about your case. It has not quite been 60 days since the R F E was received. Thank you for contacting the U.S.C.I.S. Contact Center. Have a great rest of your day!
Wrong,is 30 months right now for green card based in asylym.

Yeah it is! In middle of the July was 29.5 month and this week is 30 months.
