Don’t worry! So many updates on uscis are not shown and sometimes it just changes to “card is being produced” directly. it’s completely out of sync and the website doesn’t update the case status in a timely or accurate manner.

As for the lawfully app, it does not show you information about all GC applications. It only shows you statistics about people who have the app because that’s how it can compare yours to theirs: if they have the app.

The number of applications reported in the app is very very low compared to the number of all green card applications submitted because most people don’t use the app - it’s not accurate at all. I hope this helps! :D

I AGREE!! lawfully is not always right but at least it shows ya what's going on around your timeline and if you really need website to know about the cases analysis and things like that then there's not better website than https://www.casestatusext.com/cases

most of the 2022 cases asylum based are really got adjusted but unfortunately, it's all about luck cause someone like me if I have sent the medicals with the i-485 application from the start I would have got the green card since 2 months ago but i needed some more vaccinations that i didn't get when i was young and i had to travel overseas so i sent the i-485 application without including the medicals and when i came back to the U.S I did it so it is what it is hmmm no regrets though!! i need the GC asap for an important reason so i will try to expedite and see my other options once the 60 days period pops up!!! honestly i gave up on USCIS so I'm not expecting them to send anything any soon without trying my options.

Hello everyone

I got a notification from USCIS that my kids need to submit medical exam. The notification was just for my kids. It does not include my wife and I.

I sent the medical exams for all of us.

Yesterday, my kids got their green cards, but my wife and I got nothing.

Anyone has any idea if this normal, or should I contact a lawyer?

I did inquiry on Monday and got this today. Hopefully I hear some good news soon. @Asylee11

Guys, need some advice.

I have a green card through asylum. My wife & kids came to the US as asylee derivatives few months ago following a i730 petition. I was wondering when my wife would be eligible to get green cards?

Should they apply after being physically present in US for 1 year or would it come automatically without an i485 application in the future?

My family had submitted G325A & i693 at US embassy of home country so i was wondering if that is part of AOS application

Hello, Dakotaboy, I sumbitted the 485 application two months later than you. How do you get this reply? It seems that you got an RFE and not received any updates from USCIS? Could you tell me your way to contact the USCIS? Thanks!

the law says it should be 1 year until she applies for the GC but you can apply for the gc anytime though just put in your mind that if the officer picked your case before it reaches to the 1-year period then the officer will reject the case and the fees are gone!! so what's the best solution for you? you can apply for the GC 6-7 months after she came here and don't include the medicals i-693 with the i-485 application so even if the officer adjusts your case fast USCIS will send you RFE to submit the medicals before they give you a decision and they will give you 90 days to send it to them so you will send the medicals 10-11 days before the due date and you will be good to go!!!

I sent e request 15 days ago no response yet.
Today i was able to reach tier1 officer, convo was very polite but not able to help me about my case. Told me i can place request in 2024 for outside processing time.
Does anyone know how to reach tier 2 officer? Tier 1 told me that is not able to transfer.
