Yes, it was a risk, because when I contacted to USCIS they advised me not to send and wait for the RFE.
But I had 2 copies and I sent one of them.
I was confused where to send it, my case was still at the NBC so I sent it to the address at the bottom of the I485 notice (I-797).
Did you pay for your second i-693 copy?

i did not pay for mine, even the extra ones. they said it's for free. but it might depend. call the facility where you plan to do your tests and ask them other people's experiences may not be the same as yours so it's safer and less energy consuming to ask the facility yourself.

Good info right there. Thank you guys for sharing the way.

They are 100% wrong. https://www.uscis.gov/tools/designated-civil-surgeons/vaccination-requirements
they clearly say 1 or 2 doses "depending on the vaccine" (1 for J&J and 2 for the bivalent vaccine). this is what "completing the series" means. I would recommend sticking to the clear official guidelines and ignore what the practitioner said, otherwise you are confusing yourself and you don't need more anxiety. So please, complete the series and don't waste more time and more energy for your sake. Much love to all of you
Hello, I just want to let you know that I called all the pharmacies and labs to confirm it, they all said the new pfizer covid-19 bivalent vaccine is a single dose vaccine and it doesn’t have any series ! I just wanted to do more research before replying to your comment and I didn’t wanted to confuse the others who are vaccinating for their i-693. It is 100% confirmed that it’s a single dose vaccine. Have a nice day ! Also thank you for your concerns and will pray that you get your approval soon !

I got 2nd reply from Ombudsman. It’s the same reply I got the first time.

In response to our initial inquiry regarding the concern you outlined for your I-485- Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) indicated that they required additional time to research the issue. Since USCIS systems do not reflect a decision or notice has been taken, we sent a follow-up inquiry to the USCIS office with jurisdiction over your immigration form today

What does this mean?

Looks like they are requesting the medicals within 5-6 month time range right !
No one knows! It’s all about luck trust me! Some folks been waiting for 9 months others for 11 months and some folks get it real quicker so don’t put timeline for USCIS
