Processing time for green card based on asylum

Hi Friends, is there anybody who submitted the request for the waiver of Covid-19 vaccine with his medical examination on the basis of religious held beliefs and USCIS approved that? If someone did that please share. Thanks

we never know! sometimes it takes them 2 days (hopefully this is your case), sometimes 2 months, sometimes longer, and they might ask for more evidence - there's really no ground rule here unfortunately and we have no idea what the factors are; even if applications within your range are being approved faster or slower. at least it means they are working on your case! :D

interview was all about I-485 form and security questions .They go through line by line about your I-485 form and they might cross check with your asylum statement.much easier than asylum interview .good luck

10/2021 - fingerprints applied
03/2022 - medicals interfiled
04/2022 - expedite requested (rejected)
01/2023 - contacted to contact tier2 officer (didn't get any help)
01/2023 - contacted to Congressman office
04/2023 - case was approved
05/2023 - Green Card in hand (Backdated 1 year, expires in 11 years)

In May, September 2022, January and March 2023 I've sent 4 e-request (outside of normal processing time)
Congressman office also sent 2 inquiries on behalf of me.

Medicals were not included, I have interfiled them and sent to National Benefit Center but case never been updated, never received notification.
