VA June 2002 Labor approved

My Labor was approved on 1st March. My attorney informed me today.As my date is current looking forward to apply for next stage. Thanks for everyone's support and help. May everyones dream come true in next few months and no one needs to wait for 18 months.

Moved to region in Jan 2004.

hummmm that's really odd ... you gotta have your HR call them and find out if your case actually exists. sorry, but it's not looking good, I hope it works out for you, I wish you luck with the problem ... but whatever it is, don't wait longer, you gotta find out if they have your case.

They actually got their EAD's and then the I-140 got rejected because the company had used the same labor cert for many people. I also know one guy who got his GC through this route. Besides with the retrogression I see justice has been done. Even if you substitute LC you can't file 485.

BTW, Like you my plan B is also Canada but I would hate to have to start all over again for no reason.

yeah I know, it's pretty risky ... this colleague of mine had to get an EAD immediately to join our company, so he bought a labor with PD 2000 and so far so good.

btw, I need to change my signature ... my plan B has derailed, because Canada now takes from 18 to 24 months, so it's out of the picture for me.

I requested screen shot for H1 B 7th year extension and got reply asap. In the screen shot I see my Visa type is B-1. It is supposed to be H1 B rite ?? Processing Type is RIR. Can any one plz explain me why Visa type is B1.

In CA, they saw the documents for my wife before allowing her to take a test.

Good to see that people who replied 45 days letter more than a year back are still around and that I am not alone.

If it makes you happy, majority of people of PBEC who has responded more than an year back still have their LC's pending at PBEC.

I am one of such poor soul :(

No, it does not make me happy. It just indicates that there are lot of people in same boat and we are all in together and I am not odd man out.

By the way, I am also eagerly waiting for your approval because after that I can also see ray of hope :).

PD: APR 2001
Labor Approved: 1st week of Mar 2006.
