hi Anand_Mishra and everyone,

how can one guess when the letter will arrive based on the new case number?

here is the new case number i got on 2/14/05 from the dallas bec email (status@DAL.DFLC.US): P-04258-04xxx.

based on this, how can i determine when i will finally get the letter?

also what does the 04258-04 correspond to?

45 day letter for CA April 2003 case

Has anyone with CA RD of April 2003 recd. the 45 day notice?

I'll appreciate if someone can clarify a couple of points for me,

1. Does anyone know if 45-day letter is only for ppl who have cleared State level and have their applications with regional center, or someone whose application was pending at State level and was sent to BEC should also get 45-day letter?

2. Can a person in the second category, i.e. application at State level but was sent to BEC, check status by sending an email to BEC.

to my knowledge:

1-45 day letter is for everyone with a case pendind: regional and state.
2-yes you can. email is: status@DAL.DFLC.US.

someone please correct if this is not accurate.

Anyone from MD?

Is there anyone, whose case was pending at MD state level and was transferred to BEC, got the 45-day letter? Please share your application date. i applied in July 2002 in MD and have not heard anything yet.

I wrote at those email adrresses for case status and number. I got a response from Philly office that check with ur employer/laywer :(. I have written back to them to atleast provide me with the case number!

Same message received. Very very frustrating! :mad:
 
I called Philly BEC 484 270 1500 , it directly went to voice mail, but i finally managed to get somebody to talk and she informed right now they are issuing letters and with old case # and she will not be able to find there. She said, wait for the letter and that letter will have instruction how to find status etc, with new case #.

I thought you already received the 45-day letter. The case number should be on the letter. Ask your lawyer to fax you a copy of the same.

Send the status checking e-mail to Dallas BEC. They usually respond within a day. I did the same and got my case number from D-BEC.
 
Currently Philly is mailing letter around P-04308-XXXXX. So you should have got the letter(as per my logic - I may be wrong) or Unless Printer has some snag with queue. Please make sure your attorney/employer address has not been changed. if letter will be returned to BEC because of what so ever reasons then BEC will re-send the letter. you will get letter pretty soon or any day. GP111, Sir you will also get letter soon. Dallas BEC usually faster than Philly. Last week when I was compiling the list from diffirent tread, I noticed, Dallas are sending around D-04320-xxx.
