If you can figure out by tomorrow how this new scanner works please give me a pm. I'll try it tomorrow. I have my own proxies list and I can improve it, to not have all of us use the same list.

Also this is a message for all the ppl who use this scanners and have their own proxies list. Let's do it in an organized way, I mean to cooperate to not have overlap in scanning or using the same proxies ... sometimes when I scan after a few EAC it tells me that I reached the maximmum no ... that means somebody used that IP days before but without sharing the results. Please post here (or as pm) if you are willing to participate in an organized work and remember that together we can do a better job that each of us alone ...

Some bodies 140 is just approved.

I was tracking some I140's with EAC040115*

Nice to see, although it would be even more encouraging if we knew that this was a no-RFE approval and whether it's concurrent / CP etc.

Yeah looks like. Hope it picks up speed. Next update from VSC is going to be crucial.

Along with what nemessis has found - I feel 485s are being addressed to but in a way which no one thought about - a lag in approval from 140(and most of all random). Who knows the lag may decrease in couple of weeks or that they are not EB 485s? Key is going to be FP notices for sure.

That could be tonight / tomorrow right? Or I wonder if it will be delayed a bit due to the holiday weekend...?

I'm gonna predict the dates for EB2 (non-NIW) and EB3 I-140's won't move much if at all (ok, I'll go out on a limb and say they won't move at all).

Sigh, I'd find it a lot easier to stop speculating so much if I just had an idea of what's going on. It's a little hard to forget about this stuff when it will very much affect your future (and that of your wife & kids...).

FYI, I just finished checking the list of 77 I-140 cases with a ND of 10/31/03 that was posted earlier in this thread.

Of the 69 cases which don't have an RFE (so far), no change in status (still showing Received on the same date as the ND).

Of the 7 REF recvd cases, one case was approved:

EAC0402252448 Approved 5/25/2004 Approved/Completed

That case was previously showing an RFE recvd date of 3/31/2004.

The 77th case has "unknown" status -- the information says that an amended notice was sent out for this case on 1/28/04 (I'm guessing this means it will be handled like all the no-RFE cases but I could be wrong).

Also, as I mentioned on http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=128586 -- I found another no-RFE approval for 10/01/03:

EAC0400151980 Approved 5/28/2004 Approved/Completed

I strongly agree with you on the statement "lot of activites in the past 2 months@VSC". I have been scanning 250 per day for Jul.10.03 cases for a long time now and I have seen many approvals during April 2004 and May 2004. I hope this trend continues.

no news on my case yet! 11 months passed since filing. very very frustated.

I see these two cases of Oct 01, 2003 done:

Vee111 cases you mentioned are from second week of Oct 2003 (009,009,010, 010 - see 6th thru 8th digit).

Only thing that I see changing will be EAD approval dates. If anything else, except 485 dates, change - it will be hard for me to belv it.

Very unlikely, but yes - it is always possible.
 
Interesting...

The Last Updated date on my I-485 and I-140 (concurrent EB3 case with ND of 10/23/03) both changed today from 10/23/03 to 10/28/03. That's right, a 5 day jump... :confused:

My EAD date (also ND 10/23/04 with Last Updated date of 02/11/04) remained unchanged (didn't apply for AP so far).

Also, fwiw, the Last Updated date and the date that is shown in the case status message are *not* in synch (as I thought they might be) -- the message still contains the original "...was received on October 23, 2003. ..." text.
