FP status update
In my case, FP message changed on 8th day once and 10th day again ...
1st time collected and pending, 2nd time FP results received.

I got emails about additional documents on AP for both me and my wife.
What kind of evidence they usually ask for AP?

LUD Updated for FP
I did my FP on 9/30/04. NSC
LUD for I 485 was updated today, 10/06/2004. Message is
"On October 5, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."
LUD changed only for I 485.The rest remains the same

Are they playing games in the office or what?
How its possible to move back from Dec 11 2003 to Aug 31 2003? Thats means all these days they were updating false processing dates and misleading us

Hmm they might come back with a new revision, looks like typing mistake.
I make this assumption as -- look at the "Now Processing Dates" for EAD.
It says --- Now Processing - ND July 23,2004 ( this is on Oct 6,2004).
We know this is wrong as -- July140 got his EAD atleast a week earlier and his ND is 7/29/2004.
Man this is heart breaking thing.

If this is true then tracking by ND makes little sense.
Lets take an example,
EAD Processor A1 - Is currently working on ND 5/10/2004.
EAD Processor A2 - Is currenlty working on 5/12/2004 but has one application from 1/1/2004 that she has some question on and waiting for supervisor to comment on.
Does that mean that even though generally they are working on 5/X/2004 applications, the NSC will release the date "Now Processing" as 1/1/2004.
What happens if --
EAD Processor A3 -- gets a old application in the way and which is dated 12/1/2003 and he/she is taking 1 week to come to conculsion about it.
Hmm the date will roll back --- might be this is what is happening.As the dates goes backward with time.!!!!

NO EAD Approval for ND -> Aug?
Did NSC stoped giving out EAD's for guys with ND in the month of Aug.
They were going in full steam till the end of July and now they seems to have come to an dead end. Also one can notice that starting August ND, they started giving out the FP almost imdly.

You are right. I don't know whats going on. My RD is 10th Aug.. waiting for couple of weeks, no EAD approval.

Thanks Billtoo. After seeing your post, I just checked the status. It is approved in the evening. Lets see how long we have to wait for 140 approval. I think we can a take break from immigrationportal for sometime.
