Thanks dipc, Unfortunately I dont have my LIN#,RD,ND etc. My company\'s attorney does not give this info to the candidates and he mailed out the application on Jan 22nd.

Hi, hjangada, how come you got approved so quickly ? People have RD on DEC.31 just got approved. Your RD is like a month later. Are you just luck or do you have something special in your case ? Please share. Thanks.

Hi Guys, Managed to get the LIN number from the company\'s attorney, and checked the AVM.

RD 01/25/02, not approved yet..

Access to AVM

My Lawyer has provided me with a the following phone number (402) 323-7830 and LIN-XX-XXX-XXXX (the X are digits).
But when I accessed the phone system I was asked a 13 digit-number?
The Xs are only 9. Is there any other number that i should ask my lawyer to provide me? Is some digits missing from the number I have?

Transferred case from Texas

Hi

My case was transferred from Texas to Nebraska on feb 6
ND july 30 2001 EB3. Are there any one still waiting? Help appreciated

Any updates from u 3? it\'s been a long time since we saw EB3 approvals. I am seeing a lot of EB2 approvals. Hope they are processing EB3 too.

Hope should be aprroved by April 25(ie 2 months)
