RFE by NSC sent on 2/27 and I have received it on 03/11 and haven\'t responded yet

Hi all

Does anybody know what financial documents are to be sent along with i 140 for a company with less than 100 employees.

any input/ experiences will be helpful..

you got to attach company quartely tax filing form

hi,

if your company has less than 100 employees, then you got to attach a copy of the latest company\'s tax filing form along with your I140 application. I don\'t remember it well but i did submit that in my case. its called 960 or 960i or form 941 (guessing), to be more accurate check with your lawyer, he is gonna tell you the exact number of the form.

usually the employer sends it by fax to the lawyer, just to make sure that you won\'t see the exact amount of turn over for your company.

New Approval RD 03 Jan 2002 AD 03/13/02 EB3 RIR

hi all,
for a friend of mine has got his I140 approved yesterday.
details:
ND : 01/03/02
AD : 03/13/02
EB3 RIR

going to file I485, got all his medicals done well in advance, just waiting for the hard copy.

Guys remember to get the Date of Birth and marriage seperate affidavits from India (mom and dad is good enough) so that you won\'t get a query in I485

Affidavits .....

Yes. I remember posting in this regard a couple of weeks back.

DO get MORE than ONE copy of affidavit for each certificate substitution from DIFFERENT sources.

ALL of the recent 485 approvals in my Co., have learnt it in this hard way.

Checked today on 2pm western time.

As it got delayed I was expecting a RFE.

I checkecked AVM on 13th and the message wasn\'t updated at that time.

TungFong and GreenCardAspiror, Your dates are almost same as mine..So, hopefully, you guys will be approved soon..I am going for AOS..I have already my paperwork ready for I485 and now only need paper approval notice for I140. I hope to see you soon in I485 forum

Hi, hjangada, how come you got approved so quickly ? People have RD on DEC.31 just got approved. Your RD is like a month later. Are you just luck or do you have something special in your case ? Please share. Thanks.
