Approved after RFE!!

My I-140 got approved yesterday(AVM said)...my RD was 08/15...although it\'s been a long wait but I\'m happy that it is certainly faster than TSC....See you guys all in 485 forum....

I applied on 11/21, am still waiting for receipt notice from NSC

how long does it take to receive a receipt from NSC ???
 
Priority dates for EB3 retrogressing?

I am seeing a lot of info (murthy.com) about priority dates for EB3 retrogressing in late 2002. Can somebody say what my chances are if I file my I-485 EB3 within 3 months?

I just call to IIO and talked about my I 140. But not mentioned about my case status to call company

did u or your lawyer receive the hard copy yet ?

Krishna, my application was mailed at the very end of Sept by my lawyer (dont know the exact date).
